Customer service here has never been top notch but the smoothies get made. Today I was greeted by a completely empty unlocked store. Not sure how long the shop has been sitting there falsely locked without staff. After waiting for a little, what I assume was the manager arrived. He welcomed me with a poor attitude about me being early after he left everything unlocked and unattended. Not the worst place but it's mainly the fact that every time I come here, they are out of something super common like bananas, or strawberries or waffles and it changes the drinks entirely (not in a good way). I come here every other day (literally), so that should tell you how common this issue is...NOT OK ??

The bad comments here are just hateful people. I go to this Jamba Juice every morning and they're always nice to me. I really think it's just about you being nice to them, and they'll be nice to you. Some people feel so entitled to others emotions. Also to the person that comes in at 7:59pm when they close at 8 - you are quite literally coming in one minute before closing.
