By far the worst service I have ever seen!!! My friends and I waited 40 minutes for an overpriced smoothie. The manager left mid shift at well after not telling me where my smoothie was. I'm not mad, just disappointed honestly.

I have ridden my bike past this place a thousand times without stopping as I have had my eye on the beach. With ominous winds and clouds ahead this time I decided to stop and eat before heading back home. I wish I would have discovered this organic find sooner. The establishment provided friendly and comfortable service, a serene environment, chlorophyll water, delicious coffee and a flavorful Avocado Toast. I will be back with my girlfriend soon!

A little awkward for me to share because I always believe in the 5 star experience and being positive...then get to feeling like I am not being understood and wonder why... ordered super healthy dish...which was rather lacking in flavor accordingly to not have any fats I suppose. the salad was great on side, the dish looked great as served. Had 3 attempts to get some more of the side ramekin with which I incorrectly remembered as salsa cruda with tomatoes etc. It went downhill from there, but I brought my leftovers home, added my own salsa roja and some spinach and lemon juice to it and it flavored up well. it is a beautiful healthy outdoorsy vibe even if indoors Santa Monica on Montana ave kind of place. I want to give it another go sometime.

Love Kreation! They have a lot of seating and if you need to get work done on a laptop they have outlets! I always get their pressed juice and take a few bottles of juice home! Overall great customer service the guys here work very hard!

The short rib breakfast burrito is really good! It comes with cheddar cheese, hash browns, red bell peppers, and scrambled eggs. If course, I got it without cheese because cheese is revolting.

So, picture this: I stroll into Kreation, expecting to be greeted with enthusiasm and warmth. Instead, I'm met with the eeriest silence, like I've entered a ghost town. Not a soul bothers to acknowledge my existence, let alone offer to help.Then, cue the cashier: they're giving off major "I'd rather be anywhere else" vibes. Ringing me up feels like I'm asking for a personal favor.And the grand finale? When I ask for a bag, they act like I've requested the moon on a silver platter. Seriously, it's just a bag!

I come to this Kreation fairly frequently on my lunch breaks from work since it's close, but I would definitely prefer a different açaí bowl place on Montana if there was one. The açaí bowls are just alright in my opinion and I feel like they skimp on the toppings compared to other açaí places, especially for the price. Service is hit or miss. Some days take a REALLY LONG time and other days like today are pretty quick. On one visit I had to wait about 30 minutes just to get an açaí bowl which is insane. The one big win for Kreation is the ambiance. It's very charming and cute, and I really enjoy sitting on the outside patio area on a nice sunny day.

I took paradise smoothie bowl without honey and it’s tasteless!!!It’s just bunch of ice for 12$Im so disappointed!!!Why wouldn’t you make creamy rich smoothie with no ice, use frozen fruits instead. Yuck

I hate to ever give a restaurant a negative review but unfortunately after the experience we had this evening I have no choice. we order and stop by often but lately they've been using a third party delivery robot company called Coco to deliver, making the process so inconvenient and difficult. We have complained about this several times as we are often home alone with a child and don't want to walk out on a cold night in our pajamas, download another app and go retrieve our food. why are we paying a delivery premium for this service. I'm all for technology but when the restaurants response was basically, too bad and postmates/uber eats kept me on the line for 20 minutes just to tell us they couldn't cancel it because kreation accepted the order I felt an obligation to warn my neighbors, don't order delivery from kreation Santa Monica unless you dont mind the added inconvenience.

I had a wonderful lunch at Kreation, a cozy and organic cafe in downtown LA. I ordered the Huevos Cancun bowl, which was a delicious mix of eggs, beans, rice, and enchilada sauce, topped with fresh cilantro and jalapeno. It was hearty, spicy, and satisfying. I also tried the gold goals latte, a warm and frothy drink made with turmeric, ginger, honey, black pepper and milk. It was sweet and spicy, with a hint of lemon zest. It felt like a healthy and energizing treat. I will definitely be back to try one of the many smoothies they offer. I loved the friendly service and the colorful decor. I would definitely recommend Kreation to anyone looking for a tasty and nutritious lunch.
