Ordered from postmates two times for the vendor to cancel my order after an hour of waiting - wanted to give them a shot since I've never tried but what a waste of time

This review is about how Uber Eats handled an issue I had with my Luna Grill order. Rodrigo, the manager at Luna Grill, handled my complaint very well and I'll go to Luna Grill again, but the way Uber Eats handled my concern was awful. Uber Eats first demanded photos of the food and detailed explanations for my concerns. After that they refused to resolve the problem without any explanation. It cast a sad eye on Uber and how it does business.

I enjoyed their chicken kabob. It's perfectly seasoned. I just wished they gave us more hummus. Their house salad is fresh. I'll definitely try their other dishes next time. I'm definitely a fan. Please continue to support our local restaurants, they need us right now.

This was our first visit. Likely our last. The food is quiet good, although the portions are smaller than they looked online. I realize restaurants have to adapt during these Covid times, but take a look at their menu photos vs. what we actually found when we got back and opened our packages. C'mon. There are lots of Mediterranean places up the street that offer larger portions and a better presentation.

Hi,I get things are tough and food cost is up.But the portions are well small. Very small.Think of them as small plates at a Tapas Restaurnt. Not full portions.The deserts are smaller then a fifty cent piece. Just to put in perspective. Maybe 1 bite. The cabbage salad was very good but at $7.00 they could give more then 3 oz. The food is good. I personally would not want to own a restaurant today and I am glad they are open.

Food was not good. No taste to burger or falafel. Asked g for loaded fries to be extra crispy and they were not. Tsaziki says tasted like pure garlic. Overall lacked depth of flavor. Service was great
