Do not settle for less . The manager was upset that he had to make a fresh batch of fries because I wanted to have two deals for my order and had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the code to expire. Then complains about the homeless outside and I kindly reminded him that the McDonald’s corporation makes billions of dollars each year and then without a blink he throws them in the trash….. Needless to say, I got my hot fries along side my other order do not settle forLess . Also super ghetto women on the fries . Go McDonald’s!

Stop for a bite to eat after a fun day @ the Pier, before heading back to Compton, (on vacation) everything was good, serves was good but the food was alitte sloppy, But overall, was good ?

VERY BAD customer service ! Especially the drive thru service. I had a drive thru. on 11/17/23 and encounter a very bad and unpleasant service with the manager and 2 other male staffs. I had issues with the app and trying to claim my free McFurry minute the LA KINGS won the night before. They don't know what I am requesting even though I showed them the app. I was charged for a full price of the McFurry and a happy meal. Refused to help me getting a "code'; on the app which they demanded. Said "what do you want us to do about it" "NO - we don't do refunds" " You get your own code" So I said "I'll deal with caproate with your service" They converse with each other in Spanish the whole time.

The service is awful by the manager running the drive through "Eldier" He is rude and talks to you like you're an idiot and you don't understand. The issue was with the app and he made it seem like I'm illiterate. Out of respect I didn't say anything he's old and English is clearly not his language. To the franchise owner, he's not a good fit for your location and his service is disgusting

The drive through worker was lazy and rude. The bacon included in the Deluxe breakfast was nasty. It’s worth driving the extra mile to the McDonalds near Venice Blvd or the one on 26th & Santa Monica Blvd.
