Driest "BIG MAC" I ever had, total opposite of what they are advertising ,cold cheese , way overcooked and dry meat , I am glad I didn't pay for it ,but I did waste 6000 points in the app for a free Big Mac, never again, will I waste my points like that, McDonald's needs to figure out how to make Big Mac taste like they did in the 60's, that was when they were served hot,juicy and fresh,Not cold ,old and dry like they are now

Place was a mess when we arrived trash on 3 tables & 3 out of 4 soda stations "out of order" with lids everywhere. Crew (2 leads) were more interested in socializing & looking thru happy meal toys.. felt like anybody ther was bothering them..didn't even call # of orders ready, just left a bag on the counter... just go somewhere

This is not exaggeration. I have never been so consistently disappointed by a fast food restaurant before in my life.I frequent this McDonalds as it is on the way home and a couple of times a month I will just need to pick up food. I have counted it, and the last SEVENTEEN TIMES I have been to this McDonalds they have messed up my order. They will hand me the wrong drinks. They will forget my fries. They will put cheese on my burger after I tell them I am allergic. It does not matter. They will find some way to mess it up. I have spoken to the managers repeatedly about this issue and it has not improved.Today, 11/25/23 is the final straw. I went in tonight to get a Double Quarter Pounder with Bacon and requested no cheese. I get home, open up the bag, there is once again cheese on the burger. I take it back there to get it replaced and when I get home with my burger that I had personally requested be re-made I open it up to see that it is STILL THE WRONG BURGER!I worked in fast food for 5 years. I know what it's like. This is unacceptable. They never hand you the receipt so you can't submit feedback, they constantly mess up your order, and now they are messing up the FIXES to your order that they messed up in the first place.This problem never happens at the McDonalds on the corner of Hill St and Lincoln, this never happens at the McDonalds on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd and Princeton. This is the only McDonalds that has this problem and it is EVERY VISIT.Save yourself the headache and go support the other fast food locations nearby that are actually on top of things.
