We started with milkshakes (one of which was the Vegan Cookies and Cream) and both tasted delicious. I was excited to find a place that offered a Dairy Free Milkshake option. For dinner we had the Fried Chicken and a Burger, both portions were plenty and very delicious. Waiter was friendly and informative. Atmosphere was great as well.Dietary restrictions: There were vegan/non-dairy options available.

Hi!! Honestly I had a terrible experience at the Santa Monica location. The host was so rude to me and very impatient. The service was horrible and the food wasn’t good. I asked about the burger options and server wasn’t really interested to share any information with me. They only were just starting at me up and down with dirty looks. The first server rushed me and went on his way then he finally brought water and ran off. I asked him for a straw and he was very annoyed with me and told me to give him a few seconds. Next server brought out the food and the burger wasn’t well cooked and the fries were way over cooked. They were so crunchy and barely seasoned. I was treated very badly from the moment I got there. Other customers were greeting so kindly and checked on, but I didn’t receive any of that. No one treated me with kindness or respect. No servers checked on me. I seated myself and exited on my own. I enjoy supporting businesses that show kindness, good quality, and respect for their customers. I do not wish this experience on anyone else.

I'm really digging this west coast diner culture y'all got out here. All I got is WH, 2 of them 5 mins apart and they both suck. Even the jukebox was better and cheaper. Anywho I walked down from my hotel to soak up the previous night's festivities. Ordered what has to be the biggest serving of huevos rancheros I've ever had. Added steak and worked on it for +1hr while I tried to get my life back together. Food was fresh and good, but I wasn't blown away by anything. Service was kind of slow, but I was in no rush. This place also just looks cool. Vintage aesthetics, with more chrome than a classic car meet up. They also have free parking. Why can't I have nice things?

I love the retro 50s atmosphere, the food tastes amazing :) The only thing I don’t like are the servers. They seem uptight, never smile and hardly make eye contact. Other than that everything is perfect.
