The food is not what the food says it is. The acai bowl is not an acai bowl. The Monte Cristo is not a Monte Cristo. Its like they heard what those items are made of and "were like yeah we can do that" without ever having either of those items. The carrot ginger juice was so spicy I thought they put a jalapeño in it. I've had carrot ginger juice before and again, not this. They nailed the coffee and orange juice lol.

Disappointing overpriced salad. Friendly and quick service but as you'll see in the attached photos- it's shocking that I paid $30 (with tax) for a glorified cold salad with wilted greens. The grilled chicken was cold and there was a piece of cold steak in there too. Should be heartier, tastier and FRESH for that price.

Great place to grab a bite and have a drink on a sunny day, great patio.

Cheap quality. Bologna, salami and ham. 4 halved slices. No cured meats. Mozzarella, cheese spread and Gouda. And fresh mixed berries. That's it. $30. Restaurant in hotel lobby. Decent decor. Decent noise level. Friendly wait staff. A little disappointing for Santa Monica but it is a hotel restaurant - can't expect much.

Meh. I thought it was average and expensive. Yes I know that it is a hotel restaurant, but some hotel restaurants are actually good.I ordered the chicken sandwich. It was under seasoned and fried a little too much. So the chicken was not tender. Fries were cold and the portion very small. Since I am a Hilton honors member, the meal was covered. I wouldn't normally return, but I will likely stay at the hotel again and will use my comped meal. Lunch and dinner options are super limited so who knows what I'll try...

Our server, Ramon, provided exceptional service. He presented the menu thoroughly and offered top-notch recommendations. We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant last year and Ramon was our server then too. He gave us the same excellent service as he did today. As avid travelers, we value excellent customer service and Ramon epitomizes that. He is polite and professional, and a great asset to the team. The food was delicious, as expected, and arrived promptly, served piping hot. Thank you, Ramon, for the exceptional service. We are honored to be Hilton Diamond members and thoroughly pleased with the service we received. I forgot to take photos of our food.

We were staying here at the Hilton and after a long day we were too tired to try and find a local restaurant. Boy am I glad we tried this place. The food and the service were top notch. I have never had a seafood pasta dish prepared so well and my wife can’t stop talking about the braised short ribs with acorn squash mash. The prices were also more than reasonable.

Breakfast was very tasty, definitely recommend the LA burrito!

Best

The firebird sandwich is the best thing on their menu! Great for lunch, tasty and satisfying. Their fries are on the saltier side though

Really bad chicken and waffles, wouldn’t recommend. Chicken smelt and tasted strongly and ended up burping it the whole day. The waffle had a ball of butter on top and made a whole half of the waffle unedible
