We had tea for 6. Every aspect was delightful...from the food to the decor / atmosphere to the service. Great space for a large group .. it is also tranquil. Will definitely be back for tea and to try the other dining options as well as hopefully do a staycation there soon.

The food and ambiance are always fantastic. Drinks are a little pricey but you're paying for the overall experience . Worth noting that you have to enter through the valet area where people gather to smoke cigarettes.... It's really disgusting and off-putting having to walk through that on your way to dinner.

The interior of the palma is lovely - relaxing and beautifully decorated. Very calm zen vibe. The happy hour is a good value and the food and drinks are good. We also ordered off the regular menu.

As a family of 4, we requested a quieter seating area so that we could hear each other talk. The food was fabulous and kids loved the mock-tail. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. In summary, it was a great dining experience!

It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone at the restaurant to ask about reservations and what time dinner started, I had to call the Food/Beverage dept. multiple times to try and secure an early reservation to which I was asked to email and call again the next morning. It was unfortunate since this was a business dinner and had to go back to my clients about a "pending reservation" and that we may or may not secure an early dinner. Upon arrival, there wasn't a host to greet us so the group walked to the bar asking where we should check-in for a reservation. After finally being sat, the server did not walk us through the menu nor check on us throughout our stay (it was all our first time). It seemed another gentleman had to close us out as I could not find our server. The restaurant seemed to have preferred to cater their hotel guests as we all felt ignored during our business dinner.

Amazing areas to dine. We sat at the library area very quiet but very great for a date. Loved it so much, the services was also top notch and the food was delightful. Definitely recommend

Im sad to leave a negative review but soing so i hope it changes! This place is one of my favorites aesthetic wise and the food is great but the service sucks. Sat for 45 before anyone came over to help finally had to flag somebody down. Took 30 min to get our coffees never asked if we would like a refill. Forgot half our breakfast and delivered it totally dry and burnt the last five minutes. Just disappointing

Overall, a great evening. I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends and had reserved one table because a few of us were eating, and the rest were stopping by for drinks and would go to the bar. The manager came to check on us right away and ensure we didn't need another table and was fine if we wanted to allow more people to sit at the table (it was reserved for 6). The ambience can't be beat - gorgeous decor. I would have left five stars except the server was TERRIBLE. Major attitude from the start even though our table was doing everything to be easygoing (only splitting check in two, etc.) He acted as if it was an inconvenience to do anything for us and beyond stopping by once to see if we needed another round of drinks, he was nowhere to be found the rest of the night. We had to go flag him down or ask another server to send him over. We were trying to give him a good tab and spent the evening there, so his loss! There was even a point later in the evening where my friend and I were walking around to look at decor and he walked by and did this weird stare down thing to me. BIZARRE. My friend was like wow, what was that about. So unprofessional. The only other bummer was there was supposed to be a DJ but I guess they changed their calendar last minute. Regardless, there was upbeat background music so not a huge deal. It's definitely not the cheapest spot but for a celebration or special evening, it's a good place to go. Just get the right server...

Nice atmosphere, front of house very nice and helpful. Two negatives. 1. No signage. Inside the Profit Hotel 2. Kitchen was slow. Food, while a bit unusual, was very tasty with food sized portions.

The food was so good, but the service was terrible. Took us almost 2 hours to get our food, which was a salad, and he lost a credit card. Been in the last and service was great, so I don't know what happened!

racist and condescending service. Restaurant was empty and the manager and hostess moved us multiple times without any reason and made us leave for absolutely no reason. Manager was a female named

Atmosphere and interiors are better than the food, but the food is still fine.

Our foray into the Palm's reputed $95 Afternoon Tea Experience, a ritual my friend and I savor monthly, ended up a mixed bag of delights and disappointments. Dressed to impress for what we anticipated to be a refined afternoon, we arrived at our 12:30 reservation, booked via OpenTable, only to be greeted by the first of several annoyances. The setting was undeniably charming, with our table (although dirty when we were seated) affording a sweeping view of the elegant room. However, the serenity was short-lived. Merely ten minutes in, we were surprised by the manager's revelation: tea service didn't start until 2:00 PM, contradicting our confirmed booking. This oversight brushed off as a mere 'glitch,' forced us to pivot to a brunch or lunch option. Adding to the confusion, we were handed mismatched menus, one for brunch and another for lunch. It was an irksome error, though minor in the grand scheme. When the food did arrive, it was, thankfully, a high point - skillfully prepared and delicious. The manager's attempts at appeasement - first offering complimentary bubbly, then a smoothie, and finally a promise to discount our bill - were well-intentioned but ultimately fell flat. Our hopes for a gesture of goodwill were dashed when, after a frustrating hour-long wait (and three requests) for the bill, we discovered no discount had been applied. While the food and ambiance were commendable, the experience was tinged with a sense of disorganization and unfulfilled promises. On a day when the restaurant was scarcely filled, such lapses seemed all the more glaring. It was a lesson in tempered expectations: excellent cuisine and setting, marred by a series of operational blunders that left us more annoyed than appeased.

The food was really nice but value for money was poor; the plate sizes were very small. A pasta cost $35-40 for four pieces of pasta. I enjoyed the ambience but this place is too overpriced for me. The waitresses were lovely and very helpful though :)
