I would have given 4 stars but the busser poured the previous table's leftover water (multiple cups) into the empty carafe meant for our table. Then he used my shopping bag to put the used napkins in, and put my newly purchased hat under his arm and tried to walk away. My husband stopped him but we were both super disappointed in the whole experience. The saving Grace, Cocktails are decent and served quickly. Food is also decent. Short rib Poutine was our favorite. Hope they lose the bad apple soon!

Airy, comfy pub with great outdoor and very open indoor space. Tasty Breakfast Outstanding burritos breakfast bowl and eggs Benedict with spare ribs. Full bar. Friendly and attentive service from Tyler. Plenty of TVs for Sports. Ask for sound. Hopping vibe for March Madness. Major upgrade from prior management. Clean and up to date, including bathrooms. We will be back.Kid-friendliness: Some older kids with parents

Why does everything in Los Angeles close so early even on the weekends. I arrived about 11: 30pm and bartender said that they were closing at 12:00am.Because it was slow. I couldn't believe how dead it was in Santa Monica for a Friday night. We only have time for one drink and then we left. The music was Good but I felt like the music was more club vibe and the crowd was not feeling it

Excellent and affordable tacos on Tuesdays and wings on Wednesdays. The wings are the real deal and their pride shows through in their flavors. Lance is a super efficient, friendly, and quality bartender (and the owner)! Drink concoctions are unique and tasty! Try the Blueberry Mojito during happy hour. The Lemon Drop shooter is also very nicely done!

I love this place! I just stopped in randomly one day for a quick drink to use the restroom but the atmosphere was so nice and it’s so clean and I love the decor! I decided to stay and have lunch. I had the short ribs. Holy smokes! So delish! And Lance the owner ( hoped I remembered it correctly) was so nice and accommodating and welcoming!Had a fantastic experience and will be back! Highly recommended!

Wow! Such an amazing find! Especially in Santa Monica! Great service, drinks and delicious food incredibly reasonably priced! It's small but such a gem!

Tavern on main is my spot! I was walking down the street a few months ago on a Wednesday, looking for a bar to watch my Clippers play. Stumbled upon this place and was thrilled to see they have an incredible wing Wednesday deal! Have been coming every week since. Chris the bartender (who left recently sadly) is the man and will be missed dearly. Hopefully my experiences will continue to be great in his absence EDIT new management is horrible

Worst bar in Santa Monica by a long shot, will Never return again. The bathrooms are filthy and the place stinks half the time you walk in

It’s seat yourself except for the best seat in the house which has a reserved sign on it and sits vacant until the owner or her friends show up. Our table wobbled so much it felt like it was on the verge of collapsing so I held my bowl in one hand as I ate my meal with the other. I asked three times for something to stabilize the table but was left hanging. In case you’re still hungry, there is plenty of food caked on to the menus left on the tables next to the “sterile” silverware. One server for 12 tables so best you’re not on a schedule. Food was good and fresh and staff were friendly despite having one server and one bartender to manage 35-40 guests.

Used to go here all the time when it was Ricks. After tonight I will never go again. Ordered 3 Tito's Sodas from the guy bartender and watched him pour about an oz of Vodka in each drink. I called him out on it and asked "Don't you put 2 oz in your drinks?" He said yes and I said well you did a 5 count on each one. He got embarrassed and said sorry. Obviously intentionally. Don't go here. Shady people here now.

Great place to watch the morning football games. Good selection of breakfast and lunch food. Went with the Carne Asada Fries and they didn't disappoint. Friendly service and atmosphere. I'll definitely go back for some afternoon games soon:

So we drove from the valley to get the Wednesday wings deal…. That is literally advertised on their tv screens and also their menu. We come on Monday and get the $9 Burger and beer combo… noticed the wings were a special on Wednesday. So came back today, only to be told the wings are only on special during happy hour… well you should change your menu wording, bc we came Monday at 7p and got the burger deal, yet the wings are only during happy hour but under the daily specials? Shame on y’all. I just walked across the street to the burger spot and watched a group of 6 people sit down at your restaurant and got waters and then left after 5 minutes… when they walked by I asked them why they left so quickly…. They came for the WEDNESDAY special, the wings. And they were told it was during happy hour only. Man I love the wings here, but your shady business model needs to change. Looks like a few people around the town have experienced the same stuff after reading some of the reviews. Do better. I see ZERO people in your establishment at the moment and all of the restaurants around are packed. Where’s the problem?? Hope you figure it out. Sounds like a management problem.

Went in to eat for lunch last weekend and the food and service was terrible. The workers there looked like they definitely did not want to be there. Overall bad food, bad vibe, and it took forever to get our food and drinks. Will not be returning

This is not really the restaurants issue, more the way it is marketed. We got a $150 gift card at a silent action. The description of the place said it was "elegant, fine dining" at the beach. Well, it's a very small sports bar, dirty, loud and the menu is just bar bites - burgers, wings, etc. They had TVs everywhere blasting sports events, no place to even sit where we didn't have one right in our face. Again, if you want a sports bar (that's blocks from the beach) this is for you - but there is no way we were able to use the $150 for two people at lunch. We did end up buying a bottle of wine from the bartender to take home for later.
