I think it's perfectly valid of me to say that charging almost $7 for these cheesy french fries is an insult. Not only was the presentation downright sad, but the fries were soggy and the cheese was cold. I opened this just 3 minutes after my order was ready. @weinerdawgs needs to seriously reevaluate themselves. These fries are nowhere near acceptable for $7.

Absolutely the most disorganized system of providing food I've ever seen! Ordering is easy and ridiculously convenient on the giant iPads they have. Variety could/should be better. Once you order and pay- no real instructions on what to do - so you ask and young bubbly people tell you what to do! That's all great until you wait and wait and wait and discover order is lost. You finally get your food only to discover the order is incomplete- so they apologize and get rest of your order! So it's okay but then you discover they got your order wrong! 10 mins later when you think you're ok and start opening your food - no utensils! No ketchup- no way! They tried to come up with a version of the European "food halls" - only it does not feel, look, taste like one! Bottom line - not going again! Oh and the food is expensive and mediocre only!

I ordered from Farmesa two days in a row and the food was so delicious!! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the friendly employees. It was very easy to order from the kiosk and the service was very quick! Such a cool environment to eat and hang out!

Maigan was amazing. Super friendly personality and went above a beyond with her amazing service. This is my second day in a row here. Aaron helped me yesterday and he was phenomenal too. Salad was great too. Smirna made my salad today and used extra care in her service as well. This was a great experience. I'll be back for sure. Can't wait until they open the rest of the restaurants.

Staff was nice, great in fact. The food however was very disappointing. I got a tuna poke bowl, half the tuna looked fine, the rest was a strange dark brown, smelled weird, and the fat inside had changed color and texture. The rice was dry and crumbly like it had been made the day before, left in the fridge overnight, and microwaved. There was literally no sauce on the regular bowl at all, everything was just dry, the mango was like sand paper. After 2 bites I threw the food away, not risking food poisoning for something not even enjoyable. Huge waste of money.

I had a GREAT experience and was able to get food from some of my favorite restaurants in Houston (Rustic, Dog Haus, Burns and Jailbird) all at the same time in the same location!! Everything was delicious!

This is one of the few truly easy to take out places on the 3rd St. Promenade. We were walking around and looking for something we both wanted to get and it was one of those days where we kept going back-and-forth on what kind of food we wanted. Come save the day at Kitchen United! You pop in and there is a kiosk where you can choose exactly what you want from the four different restaurants. Pad Thai ? Check. Empanadas? Check. Dumplings? Yep they've got it and you can even pick up soda and drinks like a quick vending machine.Once you place your order, they'll bring it right out to you or feel free to eat it outside on the patio. The concept is pretty sweet as it's no fuss given you can order what you want on a screen, pay, and then get your food in a few minutes no-contact.

Ordered two pepperoni empanadas from the touch screen menu. First time experiencing "KITCHEN UNITED MIX".The workers interactions were polite. Decided to favor the "carry-out" option. Sat inside until my order was complete.

Love the concept and look forward to trying all the places out. I got potstickers from Wow Bao - they were decent. I'd order them again. Thai place Camille is awful. I ordered pad Thai - it was drowning in oil and had no flavor, totally inedible -2 stars for that. Bangkok West is better. Outdoor seating is nice and clean. Staff is also very nice. Hopefully they'll get more than four restaurants soon (a dessert place would be awesome.)

I was in Santa Monica recently and happened to stop inside to check this place out. Such a cool concept and a really fun space! My food was ready sooner than I expected and the staff was pretty nice too. Found out that there's actually one in Pasadena that's nearby so I'm definitely going to be ordering from there!

Had to check out their Santa Monica location after loving the Pasadena set up. It's so fun and convenient having a bunch of different kinds of food at one easy location. So happy they opened up here.

Food is always delicious no matter which location you go in Chicago.

Don’t ever expect your order to be correct if you order directly through the Kitchen United Mix website. It’s like a fun surprise every time you get your order to see what they decide to give you. There is no customer service line and the direct number just goes to voicemail.
