I visited this restaurant for a work lunch for the first time. We came around noon and the wait was non-existent. Our waitress was very friendly and answered questions about the menu. This place is a gem that we would call (back home in TX) a whole in a wall. A small, quaint space with not much to look around.I order the Pad Thai lunch special with added broccoli (+$2). This came with a vegetable roll and petite salad. Our food came out hot and delicious! I had zerooooo complaints and would definitely be back to visit!

Order via postmates so I cant comment on the service or atmosphere of the place. However, this is my second time ordering and there has been no mistakes. Today I ordered the salmon panang curry and rice and it was great. Well balanced flavor. Whoever cooks has a great palate for balancing the flavors. My first order was pad see ew and it was also tasty. Def a top contender with some of the best I've tried. Will keep ordering and trying new dishes but I'm impressed so far.

A great first impression. Star of Siam is a diamond in the rough of Lincoln Blvd. This hole in the wall eatery can be easily overlooked, but I'd highly recommend stepping outside of your comfort zone and giving it a shot. The interior is adorably decorated, a cozy space with great lighting and tight seating. They also have a decent number of parking spots on the backend of the restaurant, a rarity in Venice Beach. I ordered their Orange Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice. Both dishes were absolutely incredible. I loved the sweetness level and the crispiness of the Orange Chicken. The Chicken Fried Rice was made with Hainan chicken, which was juicy and flavorful. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're looking for Asian food in LA.

I ruminate about their Chiangmai noodles (Khao soi?) and their BBQ chicken... the meatiest and most succulent you can imagine. To top it all off... very reasonable prices.

Star of Siam is a gem for Thai cuisine enthusiasts, offering an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for any occasion. Their Pad Thai is a standout, with a harmonious blend of flavors, and the Green Curry impresses with its authentic taste and just the right amount of spice. The service is exceptional, adding to the overall delightful experience. The highlight of the meal was the Mango Sticky Rice, a perfect combination of sweetness and texture. Star of Siam truly captures the essence of Thailand's culinary delights, making it a must-visit for anyone in search of authentic Thai flavors. A definite five-star experience!"

Nice Thai place that serves consistently good food. The curries are great, and they serve a good Tom Yum soup as well.

Excellent Thai food. I had the spicy green beans and chicken lunch special (comes with rice, small salad and veg roll). My friend had the pumpkin curry lunch special - both $12.95. They have a large menu to choose from and several daily specials.Solid food and service in tiny restaurant right on Lincoln.Parking spaces (free) in back or metered for 2 hours in front.

Food is pretty solid. Portions on the smaller side of adequate if you like to eat. Entrees are regularly priced but always frustrating to pay $2.50 for a side of white rice.Vegetarian options: A number of tofu and vegetable options

It is a very rich place and at a good price. I loved the garlic noodles, and the Pad Thai was pretty good too. It is a place that works its flavors very well and has excellent service. Highly recommended for an informal, relaxed meal to chat and eat delicious food.
