The rudest and worst staff ever, I go there everyday to grab my cofee before work, mostly go for a brewed cofee with milk, I always tell them not to fill up the cup too much as they fill it up to the rim of the cup without leaving room at all, I grabbed the cofee it was so full to the point the cofee was pouring through the lid, and I immediately burnt my hand with hot cofee, I asked the staff to reduce the cofee a little bit and for something cold to pour on my burnt hand, the staff made a face and said I can give you a bigger cup and asked me to grab dry tissues from the counter, and I pointed out to her that my hand is burning and she said ‘ I believe ya’ and turned her back and walked away, never stepping in there again. And this was not the first instance mostly the time I go the places isn’t so crowded and they come to take the order after finishing up their small talks, ridiculous behavior

The coffee and food offerings are good as in any Starbucks coffee shop. The atmosphere is nice because of the location however this particular place doesn't have sit down tables and the limited counter space is not very appealing. Grab your cup of coffee for take out and enjoy a stroll through the Promenade.

Ordered mocha with oat milk , it was made with cow milk. I almost threw up. Worst tasting coffee I had in my life.I gave it a second chance today this time was made with almond milk but there was espresso shot ! Just warm almond milk ! Are baristas there on drugs ? And this was made after 25 min wait in store

I stopped in for my FREE birthday drink, thanks Starbucks. The staff was all friendly and helpful. This is a plenty big location toward the beginning of the 3rd street shops.Why 3 stars? Well, it was not super busy at 6pm, yet the store was a little messy. The station where you get sugar/creme had dirty stir straws sitting around (throw them away people) and someone spilled sugar everywhere. The pick-up counter was equally messy, which was disappointing. My final knock was the homeless person who was hounding me for money while I stood outside, in the Starbucks specific patio area. Granted, this is a scenario prone to Santa Monica, and not directly the fault of Starbucks. BUT it is potentially part of the experience you will have here.

They didn’t make an effort to help in a decent manner; instead, they started laughing and speaking in their own language among themselves. I hope there are consequences for this disrespectful behavior. Their name is Marianna and Kat.
