Your subway that u order and receive, looks no where what they show on Television, like Charles Barkley. On TV the sub looks thick but what you get is thin with a lot of lettuce like I am a Rabbit.Total false advertising.

Terrible employees. The service here is VERY disorganized and I had to stand there waiting for the 2 employees to make 3 other people's sandwich before I was allowed to pay for mine that was just sitting there. Employees, specially the female that was there today have a massive attitude problem. They clearly don't want to be working there and that reflects on how they treat customers.Portions are extremely small compared to every other subway I have gone to. The oven is not to correct temp either. It can barely melt the cheese let alone toast the bread that is stale the past 2 times I have ate here.The massive thic plexiglass window makes it impossible to understand the workers there and you have to repeat yourself after having them repeat themselves. They mumble and couldn't care less about you.Do NOT go to this location.

My son who ALWAYS pays and eats SUBWAY regularly went into this subway close to Santa Monica Pier today after running 4 miles and doing 100 pushups and asked this Lady at the counter for a glass of water and she frowned at him and told him "NO!" Can you imagine someone being that heartless to a faithful customer? Some people do not know the Lord Jesus Christ at all and also do not care one bit about humanity.

They add so little portions on sandwich not like any other subway for the price they charge the workers have attitude the worst customer service who training and hiring this people please use a speaker to hear all that money you guys charge on sandwiches and have your workers yelling as I was eating there about 4 customers complain

They burned my bread, service was alright but I had to repeat every single word I say.They dont have restroom and the price is higher than at other locations. I got an order with my EBT card and I asked the cashier if I can get a cup of water for my dog and she said there was no cups that they don't serve water here cups of water so this guy that was drinking a cup already and his other friend I was drinking another cup he decided to give us a brand new cup and I can't even get a cup I can't even I can't even get used his cup because they're complaining about the cup so bad service and I can't even tell you about the sandwich it but yes

I just visited Subway to get the free Hero sandwich. I was grateful for the sandwich, however; the server was really rude, she told me and my colleagues that the sandwiches could not be altered, we could not have it altered in an y way, and she stated they did not have a bag to put it in. I am appalled because another one of our colleagues went afterwards and she allowed him to choose the bread he wanted, as well as the condiments. I asked to speak with management and she was unavailable,. I would not recommend anyone to go to this establishment because I feel we were discriminated against us.

Not really the best Subway due to location and small lobby. I’m not sure if it has changed recently but it’s from my recent visits.The food is fine but not as good as some other locations. Staff is usually nice and friendly.The reasons for the 3 star rating due to size and layout of the lobby area. When it got busy and you are eating there then expect people to bump into you. Also I came here twice about 5 minutes before closing to just grab a drink and with money already in hand and they claimed they were closed even with customers eating at a few tables. I explained that they were still eating and it’s still within business hours and they just shrugged it off.
