Go go go here. You will have missed a world class jam if you don't have some on your toast or have the jammy pancakes. The avo toast is a work of art. The couple who owns it are sweet. Servers are lovely-so happy and accommodating. Inside and outside dining--beach-y vibe.

As a tourist, the interior reminded me of the cafe we always go to in Gilmore Girls, this is a very welcoming place. Coffee and breakfast were good.

Decided to come here three days in a row when I was visiting Santa Monica. AMAZING breakfast burrito and iced coffee. You need to get the OP potatoes, they're amazing. The service was fantastic and they made sure my order was just the way i wanted. They even have an outdoor patio if you're looking to enjoy the Cali weather and high top bar seats if you're just looking for a quick bite. Will definitely make my way here each time I'm back in the area.

The service was awesome! The lady at the counter took our order. A group of 5 of us went in to order lunch to go. The waitress recommended the hangover hash and hyped up the potatoes saying how they're little potatoes cut in half and seasoned really well and fried to crispy. Unfortunately, I did order the hangover hash....and it didn't have a single potato in the entire dish. It was nothing but bell peppers, I mean an entire sliced bell pepper, cheese and chorizo with two eggs on top. I stirred around looking for a potato but, no. It's so greasy and without the potatoes, I feel like I'm eating the inside of a fajita without any bread, potato, or tortilla to help the dish out. I'm disappointed. The oat milk iced latte is on point.

Found this place on yelp and we came here early, like 930 early. Place was already packed but we didn't have to wait long; server was pleasant and knowledgeable of the food. Food was delish, we had the special, Oreo pancakes, it was really good, not overly sweet then we each had our own dish. Street parking and it wasn't bad but it was Sat early in the morning so.

I love this place! My only request is please bring back the soyrizo breakfast tacos. I dream about them and miss them so much!

Visited The OP Cafe this weekend for brunch. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very welcoming and friendly! I loved the decor as it felt like I was having breakfast on the beach. I ordered the breakfast burrito and my girlfriend ordered the hash, both were excellent. Good food, great service, beach but modern ambiance, and well priced. We will definitely be coming back!

Went here for the first time today and can confidently say we found a gem. I don't know what kind of secret magic they work on their hash but all I can describe it as is delicious, creamy goodness. I'm a Cholula girl and the bottle in front of me remained untouched because I could not possibly imagine how to make this explosion of flavor any better. Never had anything like it and will be back for more. The vibe is as cute as can be. It gives you that beachy diner feel without the "I need to take a nap" urge after because the food tastes great and feels healthy. From what I could gather from speaking to the staff they place a huge emphasis on high quality ingredients that are sourced locally from Ventura which is always a huge plus in my book. The staff was very friendly as well. Oh, and a bonus in my book is that this place is quite historic which I didn't know before but they have tons of cool pictures from the early Santa Monica times on the walls. Highly recommend.

Burning hot flat white coffee ,and yet they insisted they had made the drink right. The first woman admitted she didn't know how to make the drink and I so asked if someone who knew how could do it. She insisted on making it herself and I burned my tongue even after adding cold milk. What was further disappointing was when the manager said that "being a barista is an art everyone likes their drink different." Absolutely no one likes to burn their tongue. The manager kept refusing to accept responsibility. She did make the drinks again which was nice, however she kept insisting that they were fine the first time and not acknowledge they had made it wrong the first go round until we had gone back and forth several times I was late to my appointment as it took 20 minutes for 3 flat whites Bummer, was really wanting to like this place Will not be returning

My company orders breakfast from here weekly, it's the only place we can all agree upon to eat at because it's that good. Pro tip, get the Egg Sammie, the garlic spread is delicious.

The food and service is fantastic here! I really loved the Hangover Hash (extra jalapeños) with their delicious Vanilla Lattes. Can't beat the price or location either. It's a really home-y feeling that I'll definitely be back for!

Breakfast and lunch is such a lovely experience that I look forward to every week. The interior is cute, sunny, and the people working there are kind and quick with their service. Most importantly, the food is delicious...burgers, pancakes, omelettes, salads etc. I've tried it all and always am happy. A+ french fries too!
