I wanted to thank The Shores Kitchen (MIMI) for such quick delivery of my order. Tonight I tried her classic cheese pizza, and it was fantastic. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, the sauce was flavorful and the cheese was perfectly melted. Now let's talk about the gluten-free desserts. MIMI suggested I try the gluten-free carrot cake and it was delicious!! I was surprised since I generally don’t like carrot cake at all but this cake was so moist and decadent, with a rich flavor that was perfectly balanced. It was hard to believe that this dessert was gluten-free.

I am a resident and I have ordered from the kitchen now a handful of times (I am fairly new)…MIMI has exceed my expectations EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. When I don’t make it home from work in time, she makes it so easy to send my order straight to her and she makes sure dinner is delivered by the time I arrive! It’s truly concerning service with MIMI. Her personality is just the icing on the cake. She even throws in some desert for me to try each time! She makes everything fresh, on site and it’s absolutely delicious! The pizza and empanadas are my top favs!!! Definitely try this place out!!!

Best random pizza I've ever had. Entrance is through the post office parking lot secret door. I recommend getting 2 of the half meat lovers half cheese medium pizza and a party size lays chips and three large waters for three young gentlemen. Gave me the sense that I was getting a krusty krab pizza.

I love the Shores Kitchen! Since I live here and work from home it's incredibly convenient and the food is homemade and delicious. I especially recommend the vegetarian sandwich, the soups and the pizza. The gluten free coconut cake is really yummy. If I have back to back meetings I like knowing that I can order something and either pick it up while walking my dog or having food delivered. It is especially luxurious in the summer for pool parties. I highly recommend.

I got vegan pizza, Organic Chicken Veggie Soup and slice of coconut cake and all was so good. The owner is so sweet and kind. She had other previous restaurants and i think she brought all her hospitality and expertise with her. I'm lucky it was a cold and windy rainy day, otherwise I probably couldn't get a seat. It overlooks the Tower's swimming pool and you can see the beach. What more can you want. Good food, hospitality and views all in one .
Wonderful spot in the central courtyard of Th Shores apartment buildings. It's a huge asset for the residents, and great for other's too. We hosted a birthday gathering there, and the owner (Mimi) was very accommodating and prepared excellent food. The covered porch area was also a plus: Covid-safe with a lovely ocean breeze.

I absolutely love coming to this gem for Mimis hospitality. Her food and baked goods taste absolutely divine. The empanadas are my favorite , they're juicy and full of flavor- especially the chicken empanadas, these are the best I've ever had . I also love that I can get them baked or fried. The Spicey chicken sandwich is also very delicious and comes with a filling salad full of the good stuff like cherry tomatoes and broccoli and organic greens. I love that I can place my order after a long day at the beach or if I'm on my way to a concert and want something to eat while I'm getting ready and when I have visitors. And the baked goods- carrot cake is so good I love the spices in it. And the apple cheesecake and pumpkin- I can't even decide between the two because they are soooo good. The pumpkin cheesecake has this pumpkin bread like layer to it and tastes like Im getting the best of both worlds. And the apple caramel cheesecake is so flavorful. It makes me so happy to have access to a quality restaurant. And one with healthy delicious options to choose from! Thank you Mimi :)
