Pest spaghetti was on point creamy with pine nuts, the pasta noodles were just right as well! Portion was good but I could have done for more. The calzones are big serving as well. Great vegetarian options. Nice spot right in the promenade and nice outdoor area even this there could be a bit of foot traffic. Def will come back again.

Ive had great experiences the handful of times Ive eaten hereThe ambience is pretty cool as you are at the corner of one of the streets at 3rd Street PromenadeThe people watching atmosphere is extremely high lolWe last went on a busy Saturday afternoon which is usually a long wait but for us at least we didnt wait too long for a table for 3They dont have indoor seating obviously because of CovidWe sat outside which was fine with us anywaysI ordered the Lasagna which came out great and is much more filling than it looks, was definitely satisfied and it tasted greatOrdered the Calamari as well it could of been better not the greatest but was okThe wait for the food was a little longer than expected but do-ableThe waiter came and checked up on us a few times which was greatIf you want a solid Italian spot in Santa Monica this is a great option with nice sceneryHappy to go back again!

Not worth your money or time. Horrible customer service for the price you are paying for BELOW AVERAGE Italian food. Our Waiter his name is Luis, took a long time to get to our table and then when he FINALLY got to our table he said "how can I help you" - excuse me!?! Is that how you great a table at all!?! Especially after waiting more than 10min to get to our table. No wait staff etiquete what so ever. Hugely disappointed. Won't be coming here ever and MOST Definitely WILL NOT be telling anyone I know about this mediocre Italian food with awful waitstaff. I hope your manager sees this review Luis ! Very upset because I was so looking forward to this meal. Was here on a Monday 8/24 and Luis was my waiter unfortunately.

Had an amazing experience here! Our server was amazing, food was great. However, Alejandro went really above and beyond by asking if we needed an elevator to get down to the restrooms. We had my grandma with us who clearly had issues walking. He went with us the whole way down and waited for us so he could assist us on our way back up. I really appreciate people who go above and beyond like this. Great job Trastevere!

Beautiful outdoor patio by the promenade. The food is really good and so are their drinks. I would highly recommend this place..
Wait time for a table for one was a little long (mostly had tables for three or more). But I get it. The problem, and ONLY reason for three stars, was the wait for my waiter. Took awhile after being seated. After receiving my meal he never came back to check if all was ok or if I needed anything. The bus staff was more attentive, making sure I always had water, etc.. The food and wine was very good.

We came here on a Saturday evening; we actually went to Fritto Misto the previous night and that was a five star experience. We had high hopes for this place.Good: the waiter and service was good and they had a nice set up with the patio. We didn't think the host was dressed properly dressed with his torn jeans- but that wasn't a big deal: the main issue was the food - it was mediocre.I got the Spaghetti Pescatore- the pasta was nice and hot but the shrimp was cool and the clams were actually cold. Another 30 seconds or a minute on the stove would have been better.My sons fettuccine Alfredo wasn't creamy and tasted the same as something from a can.Overall- we left unsatisfied because of the food quality.

The food was ok. Wasn't too good, wasn't too bad. The wait for the food was a long time. The food looked pretty good when they served it. The sauce wasn't too creamy, and the fettuccine was like rubber.

I ordered the shrimp pizza and it was honestly disappointing, it sounds way better then it came out. The shrimp didnt really have any flavor to it. The dough wasnt strong enough to support the pizza so it was flimsy. Under normal circumstances I would of sent it back. They did practice really good cleaning, they made sure our tables and chairs were clean. Everyone had their temperatures check at the door. So in that category 5 stars but overall terrible experience.My waiter was terrible in the sense of he never came around to check on us until it was time to pay that was when he decided to work quick. When the food was dropped off he never checked on us once and I was sitting by the main walkway so he passed a few times.I don't know if I will return here
