Terrible service here. I arrived at the time the app told me my order would be ready. The staff kept telling me “5 more mins”…my food wasn’t ready til 30 mins later. Only 3 other orders on their screen. If they hadn’t kept lying to me with the “5 mins” I could’ve cancelled and gone to chipotle next door, instead I wasted my entire lunch break and had to work hungry for the rest of my shift bc I didn’t have time to eat when they finally gave me my order 30 mins late.

I always had a good experience at veggie grill.Ordering online or dining in. Service is always great and food is always delicious.As an avid vegan who tries different foods constantly, I’d define veggie grill as a sort of “healthy fast food” among the many options available in LA. Prices are decent and I love how all details about meal are included on the menu, including the amount of calorie for each dish.A must try for vegans and non vegans :)My favorites: lentil soup, Far East Thai bowl - replaced with tempeh, nachos, quesadilla.Thank you veggie grill!

Used to be our favorite spot to grab food weekly or multiple times a week for years. Then Covid happened and their menu started changing, then the quality of the food started changing, then the portions started changing, prices went up and it’s been going downhill since then. The food is not as good anymore, now we only come here a couple times a year. Still good sandwiches and fries, but not as good as used to be.
