I have been working with them for three years and they messed up my last order I got half of it delivered they did in the evening do anything about it they offered me $100 it’s over $800 worth of material that I lost. Spoke to one of the senior managers tried to help me and have the next order compensate part of my loss and I needed that delivery to come through before Friday because I have peppers delivered employees lined up and they told me they can’t get there till Monday. Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately, this business is totally out of control with regard to fulfillment accuracy and customer service. Over the past six months, I’ve not had a single order that has been fulfilled correctly: wrong lids for the containers, wrong tamper-proof cap seals, partial orders that were reported as “complete and ready to pick up,” etc. In addition, they keep changing their order standards (minimum case orders, no longer delivering the same number of lids and containers, etc.) and making it impossible to figure out what you’ll be able to rely on them for. The final straw for me is that I spent more than 20 minutes placing a phone order for 30 cases of different items and I was promised a follow-up email to confirm. 10 days later—no email, and when I called to inquire about status—no order in the system. I asked to speak to a manager and after many minutes on hold I gave up. So if you need accuracy and competence, I’d advise looking elsewhere, because this company is awful.
