Overall pleasant experience. There was a mixup on the service which the server blamed on the fact that i changed my order from a 6 oz steak to an 8 oz steak ( or basically my fault?). We had to ask for utensils… got a fork but had to ask again for a knife when the meal came with my meal coming a full 10 minutes before my wife’s. Our Applebees experiences are usually stellar. Perhaps there was some internal confusion last night or…?

Santa Rosa Ave. I'm not sure what happened. Ordered foid 20 min went by, and we finally got my granddaughter apple juice. Bartender had to make it??? We all got our drinks. Mushroom burger with one mushroom and cold, tacos cold. Kid pizza cold and burnt and set in window. Mind you, we ordered, and the people next to us came in 20 min after us, and they got their appetizer plater, missing stuff on it before we even got served. What the F is going on? Your chef, FIRED! The waitress had way too many tables to handle. Three people standing at the door greeting, no clue. When you go out to eat and pay the prices for that food, it damn well better come out hot and good.

We ordered food to go and made some changes to out room to make it vegetarian friendly, however when we got home we noticed that they still added meat to every dish. It was very wasteful.Vegetarian options: Most dishes you can get the meat removed but they often mess up and add it.Dietary restrictions: Not a great place for a vegetarian. They will mess up your order.

Several staff waited on us, and they were all attentive, but Hannah really made an impression with her wonderful service and pleasant personality. Thank you Hannah for taking great care of my table! I go to this Applebee's from time to time, and it's not always a positive experience (for various reasons) but this visit was definitely a good one!

It was the worst steak dinner I've ever had. Ordered it medium rare, and it came medium well. It was very chewy and almost inedible. Mushy tasteless broccoli and "mashed" potatoes from a box. Took most of it to go and fed the steak it to a nice dog staying at my hotel.
There's steak was a lot better than the steak at Cattleman's in Rohnert

I am a regular at this location ,Friday night my family and I came here just to go home with SEVERE FOOD POISONING! We each ordered the all you can eat & the wonton tacos , the food took over 45+ mins to come out & our drinks took 20 minutes we actually were served with paper to go cups because they had no clean glasses , we also had to approach a separate server for napkins and silverware as we were served food without any . The following morning I woke up with severe stomach pain , nasuea, & mild vomiting , I have a sensitive stomach so unfortunately I get food poisoning quite often but this was my WORST case yet , two of my other family members had diarrhea & stomach pains as well . I’m still in recovering as I’m making this review and I will not be coming back here . This is my SECOND time getting food poisoning from the wonton tacos and I believe the chicken was not properly stored .
