I love ice cream and I used to love this place but the younger ladies who work there are kind of unprofessional. I get that you should get along with your coworkers but sometimes they get really distracted and I don't feel like I'm getting the full customer service. They are always laughing and talking to each other while walking away. I just wish they were more work productive.

This is the best Ice Cream place in town. Locally owned. Still the same local owners from decades ago. This is the only place to get an ice cream sundae. The ice cream cakes are phenomenal too. Great people, great food, great place to go even in the winter.

I went in last week with my partner and we both ordered warm brownie sundaes. Mmmmm. The young blonde girl working was very welcoming and friendly. She started off our order and all was well. Though after it was all downhill from there. After finishing mine, another guy started my partner's sundae, but we couldn't hear him to save our lives! Why is it so hard to find good service in America? Overall I could've just walked to Safeway and gotten a pint for half the price $$$.

Last weekend, there was a young gal who seemed unenthusiastic about her job. She never told me I wasn't in the right line until another customer walked in and she rudely told her to use the other door and exit, then walk through the mall to enter the back of the line. The customer proceeded to do her own thing which was walk around other custUnfortunately I got the rude gal and she kept on asking me if I was done ordering. I asked her for a lid and she threw it on the glass with an attitude. It ended there when I told her she was being rude. Since I contacted the corporation, no one has contacted me. Will not return. Very disappointed.

The ice cream is fine but the inside is VERY cramped where you select your flavor options. It's a tight squeeze if there are multiple people or groups there at once.

NOT allergy-friendly. They don't use separate scoops between ice creams, so you can see the obvious contamination from bits of other ice cream types mixed in. My kid has peanut allergy, so I told the guy. He wanted the dairy-free mint choco chunk, and the young guy helping us was very nice to go get a separate scoop from the back -- but what does it matter when there is cross contamination of other flavors mixed in? There could easily be some peanut in there, as they do have flavors with peanut. I highly recommend Baskin Robbins find a solution to this. Could they perhaps have a designated scoop for each flavor? That way, you don't end up with other unwanted flavors in the one flavor you wanted, allergy or not.

My 72 Y grandmother almost tripped on a sticky floor , then a woman that had a title of “manager” on her shirt started chuckling with her co-worker. So heartbreaking and rude. Will try Rohnert Park or cold stone in the future or somewhere that show some respect for our older community.

I am very disappointed in the service at this location. I could barely hear the mumbling from someone who appeared to be the owner/manager. And when I could understand them, no “thank you” or “please”. They treated me like a second class citizen and I did not feel welcome at all. Their tables are sticky and gross. The chairs have dried, melted ice cream and when I asked for a wipe down so my faint and I can sit, they ignored me.

Unfortunately we have had to deal with one very disrespectful and confrontational guest that came into our store on 4/10/2023 when she was done screaming and being over the top dramatic that was not enough for her she continued her rant all the way out to the parking lot where Myself two of my co-workers and my grandaughter were walking to our cars, she was still screaming and as she was leaving she swerved her car towards us !! So now she thinks if she puts bad reviews and has her friends post FAKE reviews that it will somehow make her feel better. It is sad that some people think that being vindictive is the route to take.

This is one of the cleanest Baskin-Robbins store I have ever been in. My husband is a regular and incidentally used to work for Baskin Robbins when he was a teen (many moons ago).He and I both give this store more than two thumbs up.The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they have the best ice cream cakes in town! They bend over backwards to make sure people are happy. Heather is a cake genius and we would never go anywhere else for a special occasion dessert. She has come through with beautiful cake designs for us again and again. Not sure where some negative comments are coming from? Maybe they are talking about a different Baskin-Robbins? This place is rock solid, and we need to support them!

Loved this location. The 2 gentlemen that served us were super helpful. As we walked in, they had 3 othr people walk in shortly after and they attended all of us with great services. Thank you Mr Nutty Coconut and Chocolate chip.

I hate to use Yelp to bash a business but MAN were they eerily mean! I couldn't believe it. I and my girlfriend stopped here this afternoon and it totally messed up the evening. The first impression of one of the ladies behind the counter was that she was gonna be sweet (I mean it's an ice cream store so you'd expect everything to be welcoming and upbeat, right?), but when my sweetheart asked if the sherbet was dairy the somewhat corpulent lady with the Southern-ish accent goes, "what kind of question is that, huh? I mean it's a sherbet, isn't it?". This shouldn't be expected to be common knowledge and it's EASY to confuse sherbert with SORBET, the latter of which is non-dairy. Anyway, her tone was inexplicably angry and totally out of left field. We were stunned and embarrassed and didn't know what to say, so we pretended to not care that we were being talked down to and just went with sorbet. I hate not knowing how to react to such things as this until HOURS LATER. Kind of wish I didn't shy away from confrontation so much, but again, it's an ICE CREAM STORE, that's the last place you'd look for abuse, right? I should have simply told them "thanks but we've lost our appetite" and gone someplace else. I suppose letting the internet know how we feel will have to suffice!Friends, there are plenty of places to go for ice cream or whatever else your sweet tooth craves. I recommend NOT taking your date to this particular Baskin-Robbins. Avoid like the plague.
