Honestly, been salivating over these burgers and fries since I ate there a few months ago. I need to go back. The flovorful burgers were juicy, the fresh fries substantial, super kid friendly, and beautiful customer service. If you're looking for a GREAT burger and fries, skip the chain restaurants and go to Bella's.

Super tasty burger and well seasoned fries. The burger was super well seasoned and they really took care to make it perfect! Fresh lettuce on the wrap portion too. I really like the homemade style of fries that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We got buffalo wings as well, they didn't skimp on the sauce like some places. Just great -- tried on a groupon and glad I did! I'll be back for their turkey ranch sandwich very soon.

Went here from a groupon. We weren't too sure about it, but reviews seemed good and deal was amazing. We split a chicken guac sandwich and grilled chicken burger, and got fries. It was an amazing meal! The chicken sandwich was made with real chicken (not sliced deli meat). It was grilled with melted cheese and loads of guac. I chose wheat bread. It was a roll-type bread. High quality! The chicken burger was also very tasty. Everything you'd want in a chicken burger. Fries were amazing. They seemed restaurant-cut, in the larger side, skin on. They were hot, slightly crispy, not too soggy. The man and women cooks were very nice and caring. Exceptional service!

Really enjoyed visiting this mom and pop shop with my girlfriend last weekend. They were offering a Groupon which ended up being about $8 for the both of us to grab a sandwich or burger with a side of fries and a drink. It's really hard to beat a deal like that! I know that skews the rating a bit (we paid a bit less), but hear me out. The food was great and the folks that work there were very nice. We got there around 6:30 and were the only customers in there. The man behind the register (who I presumed to be one of the owners) walked us through the Groupon deal and the menu, and helped us decide what we were looking for. He let us know in advanced the amount of time the food would take, and we sat down. I ordered the chicken burger and my girlfriend ordered the chicken sandwich. Both were made with real chicken breast, and my girlfriend was glad this was made with a real piece of chicken breast rather than sliced deli meat. Veggies were fresh and both the bun and wheat roll were good. We ended up splitting our sandwiches in half so we could give them both a try! The fries were great, too! Sort of in between your standard fries and potato wedges, they were thick, yet crispy, and very well seasoned. I'm not a big fry guy but I would've eaten two sides with no problem. Bella's is located in a bit of an unexpected spot, so I can understand why they weren't busy. It's in a bit more of an in industrial area and I think the suite it's in also has an auto shop, a warehouse, and a nail salon. Not exactly a spot that screams "eat here!" I'm hoping they pick up more during lunch time for the employees that work nearby. If you find yourself nearby, especially during lunch time, give them a shot!

Husband & I visited last night. At first glance we both thought "Uh Oh".... however, after enjoying what we felt was one of the BEST burgers in SONOMA-Thank You We will definitely be back!!!! I've always LOVED finding "hole in the walls"...... For this Is a GEM & definitely a KEEPER!!

Had dinner at Bella tonight with my daughter and two grandchildren. Food was very good, fresh ingredients, fries are cut fresh in the kitchen, nice buttery bun for our burgers and the meat was fresh made patties of generous size. They were willing to accommodate anything we asked for and the service was very friendly, really nice people. This is a family owned business with the parents and adult son all working at the restaurant. Great experience and we will be back. Frankly I liked it better than another local chain that is in town. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I took my wife there on Friday evening. The place was empty, that should have been a red flag for me. We ordered burger and fries. Floor and table were very sticky. The meat in the burger did not taste right, french fries were all burnt on the outside and soggy and oily inside. This will be my last visit to this place.
Stumbled upon this restaurant and glad we did. The staff is extremely cheerful. Really like the mom and pop vibes. The fries are absolutely delicious and made in house. You get to see everything made to order. The only reason I am giving 4 out of 5, is because the patties are a little dense. (Though we only had the Bella burger, and don't know if the other patties are made the same way). The roasted peppers were amazing! We will definitely be back!
