We haven’t been in years and we almost didn’t go tonight after I started reading reviews. We walked in at prime busy time on a Friday night with two kids and got the second to last table. Our server greeted us and brought us all water. We ordered our drinks then ordered appetizers. The bacon wrapped dates and rosemary steak with fondue were to die for. Kids got pretzels and French fries which were also really good. Hubby got tacos and I got the truffle pizza. Kids shared a cheese pizza. We couldn’t eat it all but WOW. Food was phenomenal. Server was nice and attentive and the guy delivering our food did a great job, would clear plates and ask if we needed anything. We were impressed and would definitely be back. Even my 9 year old was eating up the steak appetizer! So glad we gave this place another chance years later, best food we’ve had in a long time. We will make sure to add this to our rotation of top local places to eat out moving forward! …ps never had a bad lunch/dinner here, regret waiting so long to come back!

Web shows open until 10:30… but apparently they actually close the kitchen at 8:30 on Sunday (can't speak for other nights). The web and door do not have any mention of early kitchen closure.

Menu looks great, area looks chill, but left because I was at the bar for about 10 min with no one around. One family there and seemed to be serviced, but nothing at the bar?

Our server was the best! Short guy, long beard, big personality. He was so funny and very attentive. I would come back just for him honestly. The food was just okay though. So I would come here for drinks and to hang out.

I was so excited to finally have the opportunity to try Belly Left Coast Kitchen & Taproom during a trip to Santa Rosa on Sunday, but unfortunately that didn’t go as planned. We arrived and waited 5-10 and not one staff person acknowledged our presence (not even sure who was a customer/who was staff) and there was no signage indicating if we needed to wait to be seated or just sit anywhere. Food looks amazing, but we were very disappointed. Another couple followed lead and left after being in the same situation. Maybe in the future we will attempt again.

Belly has great food and excellent service in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. This was my first visit so I got a few things to try, planning to take plenty of leftovers with me. I ordered the Three Hog Mac & Cheese, a Belly BLTA, and a side salad with ranch dressing. The Mac & Cheese was amazing, with delicious Applewood smoked bacon and two kinds of chorizo. The BLTA was good but a bit dry and very heavy on lettuce, though the flavors were excellent - add a little more jalapeño mayo so it's less dry and it will be a 5-star entree. Lastly, the side salad was delicious with fresh greens, tomatoes bursting with freshness, and flavorful ranch dressing.I definitely recommend you try Belly Left Coast Kitchen & Taproom for yourself!

Overall it was an okay experience. They have a good selection on beers. I had the fish and chips, the fish was okay and the fries were really good. Service was slow, not bad just slow.

If you enjoy a nice cold beer and sports or a glass of wine after a long day of work to relax your brain, Belly Left Coast Kitchen and Taproom is the place to be! As you can tell from their title “left coast,” they focus their menu and a greater part of their beers and wines towards the west coast like Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, and Hawaii. This is your casual, sit back, and watch tv sort of American restaurant. It has two sides to it. One side looks to be more focused on the bar scene and the other side is more family friendly. I love the outdoor lights they hang around their sign as well as the general outdoor seating area. It makes the place look very inviting in the evening. It is located in downtown Santa Rosa next to plenty of other restaurants such as Asian, Peruvian, or French food. It is near the old courthouse square, Hotel E, and even the plaza mall. They have parking alongside the streets as well as two parking lots near the old courthouse square which you do pay the meter for. This restaurant is wheelchair accessible. They have 26 beers on tap, specialty cocktails and you can hire them for private events. They have a theme for each day of the week like wine Wednesday and taco Tuesday. As for the food I had the Surf and turf fish tacos and my friend, although I can’t remember the dish name and I don’t think it’s on the menu anymore, had some sort of pasta that was absolutely delicious. It had a kick of spice to it which I loved and I thought it added to the flavor. The picture will be down below. As for the tacos they were also very good although I think they added too much bacon. Other than that the green sauce on the side went well with it and I love the metal holder they have for the tacos. It really reduces the mess and overall has a better look to it. Our waiter was nice and let us take our time.I would recommend trying and I would give this place another chance myself!

I love this place. It’s my go to in Santa Rosa. Excellent customer service, delicious food, and a beautiful honor to an amazing chef Anthony Bourdain. Every experience here has been so positive and comfortable. Highly recommended,.

Amazing appetizers and very large portions. Solid drink menu. Outdoor seating. Live music. My wife and I stopped in to listen to live music and grab a drink and a late night snack. Ordered the Brussel sprouts and steak bites. Both were very large portions and both were amazing. Alondra was our server and she was very helpful in helping us choose our food and drink. Worth the stop.

Stopped in here on a roadtrip as it looked like it had the vibe we were going for. Had the pork belly skewers and they were unreal, Carolina bbq sauce was a perfect touch. Would also recommend the Cali Squeeze Beer. Service was very friendly and quick.

If you order mixed drinks it's a hit or miss if they'll be good. There is one bartender who knows what he's doing and the rest don't. The food is good, but inconsistent. It'll say something on the menu and you'll get something different. We use to come here all the time and loved it, I know it's hars to find good help and stay afloat as a restaurant, but they really need to be consistent.

Always a good time to come here. They have live music at times. Also good outdoor and indoor seating. The food is pretty decently priced along with the alcohol. The only downsides are sometimes it gets a little bit chilly outside since there aren't really any heaters towards the walkway. I think they installed those after covid so not really part of the original design. Can't fault them with that. Also, park in is always an issue but parking downtown Santa Rosa anywhere since they redid the square is usually an issue. Luckily there's plenty of street parking and a garage about two blocks away. So don't expect front door parking. Also, the staff and atmosphere is always upbeat and positive. Super friendly and helpful, but highly recommend going with co-workers or friends after work
