Kelly was our server and she was so pleasant. We eat out often and she was the best server I’ve had in YEARS. I have not been to this restaurant in a long time, but I will be back specifically because of how good of Experience we had with her. She was so friendly and kind!!

Food was maybe average but poor service and dirty location, including smelly and sticky bathrooms, dirty seating area outside that smelled like someone relieved themselves and trash and last week's knives under the tables. Server was the least passionate I've encountered in the last 6 months.

My boyfriend and I are regulars at this BJ's and tonight was exceptional.We were seated quickly, and we're greeted by the most delightful individual we have encountered in quite a while, our server Cheyenne.Cheyenne was kind and sweet, and very patient with me as I was very indecisive. My boyfriend and I ordered a root beer float, and one of their seasonal candy mixed drinks - it had nerds on it, it was so delicious and fun. It really brought a smile to my face. Cheyenne also offered us water as well.Despite her section being incredibly full, with a table of eight behind us, and a table of six over to the other side, she never lost her cool and she was always patient and kind. Even when the children started throwing a fit, she always had a smile on her face and kind words to say to the parents.She took our order quickly, and ensured there was absolutely no horseradish anywhere near my prime rib french dip sandwich. My food was absolutely delicious. The tortilla soup is one of my favorites in town, and I love exploring their menu. I haven't had a bad thing from this restaurant.She went above and beyond with mine and my boyfriend's order, and she did it with such grace and kindness. Cheyenne really made our nights. I had been having a really hard week, and this little bit of kindness honestly lit up my night.

Unfortunately, my order was not able to be completed as they were out of stock on an item. April called me to inform me and then she walked me through possibilities of something that would be appropriate to replace the original order. She was quite helpful. The food was delicious and the service was great.
