My best friend and I hadn’t had lunch yet but it was only 4pm so we spontaneously decided to have an early dinner. I had noticed we were a near Burger King so in that moment I decided to give it another chance since the last one I went to wasn’t such a positive experience. Unfortunately, this Burger King also gave me a negative experience.The food was cold when we received it. The employees were impatient. And it was really inconvenient how terrible the WiFi/cellular phone service was there.I still appreciate the cheap prices. I also enjoyed the amount of customers that were eating in the restaurant. It is kid friendly. I liked their decor, same as the other Burger King in Windsor. Lastly, I found it very charming how they added crowns on all the tables for customers to put on if they choose.Overall, cold food doesn’t satisfy a customers hunger. To the beautiful people of Sonoma county and visitors abroad I wouldn’t come here again.

The food was impeccable and crispy as for the the soft serve cone it felt like it was being served by god himself and when we took the first bite I felt a slice of heaven come down to me and the service was on point perfect even though they didn't understand a word we were saying and the ambiance was also perfect, especially the people vaping and smoking outside(and charging there fone)10/10 angels recommend

Look, this is my go to neighborhood Burger King and I will continue to go here but maybe only through the drive through. I went inside on an impromptu visit and as I waited for my food there was a for here order on the counter waiting for its customer when I saw a female front end employee actively begin to help herself not ONCE but TWICE to the fries on the tray and proceeded to slowly eat them as she wandered around right IN FRONT OF ME. No gloves and no real effs to be given.

Meh. Typical. The cashier who took my order was just radiating attitude and contempt. Don't know what his problem was, but he was not a happy guy. Shouldn't be up front. Food is the same as with most fast food places. Sloppily put together assembly line junk. Every once in a while you will find a place like this where you can tell the owner cares. This is not one of those places.
