Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. I originally asked for a salad then decided I wanted a burrito bowl and the girl who was making my food looked at me like I did something wrong. Then I left with my food and started eating my chips when I realized they were stale. So I went back in and asked if they had fresh chips. Same girl looks at me all rude again, tosses me another bag of chips, and says, “They’re all fresh but you can have another bag.” I said ok well these are stale too and she goes, “well you can throw them away then because I can’t take them back.” She was so rude I just left. Then got home to eat my food and it was all cold. Terrible experience and the lady was sooo incredibly rude. Never had this happen at a Chipotle before.

Bottom line: Awful. Details below.Edit: I will not "reach out" to a corporation's bot or website. I invite Chipotle to respond to my review openly, here.Last evening, upon arrival to the head of the queue and with no one behind me, I saw three employees: one taller person, one shorter person, and one person bringing food from the back.The taller person was helping the customer in front of me and was in the middle of fulfilling their order. The shorter person was just standing back and away from the service bar, looking rather sullen and annoyed to be there to me. It was not until two other groups came in behind me that the person even stepped up to acknowledge me in any fashion. I got the impression that the shorter person was hoping the taller person would finish with their order in time to help everyone else.The shorter person proceeded to very quickly move through the process of putting together my order, but I had to request that they go back because I wanted grilled vegetables and they had already moved on to the other section of the food service bar. They projected annoyance when I made this request. After serving the vegetables, they asked me what kind of salsa I wanted before I stepped over to that section and when I answered, they slopped on way more than I would have wanted in a rather careless fashion. Both the vegetables and the salsa were dumped on my food without draining excess liquid from the serving spoon.The food itself was awful as well, with the chips that I ordered being burnt, the guacamole not well mixed (lots of large chunks of avocado, not terrible, but not consistent texture, requiring additional mixing by hand) and the grilled vegetables not chopped nearly well enough (slices were over-large and there was even an onion that had not been chopped all the way and was still connected to other over-large strips). Nor was there much beyond onions for vegetables, as the container that held them at the service bar was almost empty. Added to the meal was the runoff liquid from the vegetables and salsa, making a rather (unpleasantly) sloppy/damp meal.It should have been a much better experience and meal, especially for the price I paid.

We got our food to go...the server who made the burrito bowl was not very friendly and it seemed like he really didn't want to be there...did a fair job putting our food together ...the server who did the guacamole and chips was much more friendly...

I love chipotle and luckily we have two because this one sucks. The manager asked if I knew there were two locations when they couldn’t find my order?(someone took it, but it was in their system) YEAH well aware bud! The good one and the bad one, guess which one you manage?

We love Chipotle and my family eats it often. Having said that, this was the first time we have ordered and eaten at this particular location. I've never experienced so many mistakes in a single order. My daughter asked for a steak burrito, and watched as he made her a chicken burrito and marked it as such. She also asked for white rice and he put brown. What? I asked for a quesadilla with chicken and cheese only. My exact words actually. He then proceeded to load it up with fajita veggies. Ugh. And lastly, for my youngest, we ordered a kids meal cheese quesadilla. For this they have a little cardboard container with a section for the quesadilla and 3 sides. She always gets this with rice, chicken and beans. Well this employee would not fill the 3rd slot stating that it only comes with 2 sides, and left the 3rd empty. This has never been the case, ever. And like I said, we order often from other locations. As for the table setup inside, it's small and you're back to back with other customers. They do have outside seating that we did not check out because it was raining. So if you're looking for a good Chipotle experience, go to most any other location. There a good ones out there, just not this one.Dietary restrictions: This is good, safe chain restaurant for those with shellfish/fish allergies.

It was the first time ever eating at a Chipotle. I’ve heard great things about Chipotle. Unfortunately I will never eat there again. I got a steak quesadilla, nothing fancy. It was full of gristle. Every bite. I was so disappointed in their food. The restaurant was so dirty inside I just wanted to eat and get out of there. It was an expensive mistake. Never again.

Food great, horrible service, felt like they were trying to throw me out the whole time and was going so fast they were moving my food to a different area before listening to what I want. I understand running an efficient business but when it becomes detrimental to the customer experience it ruins everything.

Imagine paying $17 for only Steak & Rice. I asked for “double steak” and the serving was more like a single. Stingy service every single time! I always try to give the benefit of the doubt & as usual they fail.
