I recently made an order through their app, drawn in by rave reviews about their terrific cookies. While the cookies themselves lived up to the hype with their delightful taste and texture, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service.Upon placing my order for delivery, the app estimated a reasonable 41-minute wait time. However, as time passed and the promised delivery window came and went, I found myself waiting for an additional 42 minutes without any sign of my order. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone calls, the promised refund or even a callback regarding the delay was nowhere to be found.While I can't fault the quality of the cookies, the lackluster and downright disappointing service left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, timely delivery and responsive customer service are crucial, and unfortunately Crumbl fell short on both fronts.In light of this experience, I must request a refund for my order, as the level of service provided simply did not meet expectations. Hopefully, this review serves as constructive feedback for Crumbl to improve their customer service processes and ensure a more satisfying experience for future patrons.
