Horrible service.. the person who took my order appeared to be stoned and was mumbling the entire time. it took them 30+ minutes to make a small batch of the parmesan bread bites.

I just ordered a pizza with 3 ingredients, pepperoni, bacon and jalapeño.. I got BELL PEPPER!!!!! And I had to call 6 times to be transferred to a number that someone picks up but they do not answer. Horrible service!! I’m probably never going back. Not only that the cashier handling money was making the pizzas.

Get the door - it’s dominoes. Pizza took over an hour to arrive, I called and asked for a refund under the well known policy - if you don’t get it in 30 minutes it’s free - they said they don’t do that anymore… what a shameThe pizza was good though

I started getting pizza from here about 7 months ago. I had a friend at work bring some one day and I was surprised to hear it was from Domino's. So that next week I ordered a bunch of pizza, pasta, sandwiches, wings and tots from them. I didn't say where I got it from. Everyone LOVED it and was totally surprised where it was from. The Domino's on Stony Point rd. has given me and my family NOTHING BUT AMAING service. I have ordered there more times than I want to admit. but every single time each delivery driver was AWESOME. you guys have an amazing team. Thank you for all the hard work and great food.

I would give zero stars but yelp doesn't allow it. I know better to order from a place like this, but my grandson loves Dominoes. First time ordering from them, order was 15 min late. When I opened the box it was the wrong pizza. I ordered thru the app and got a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. What I got was half cheese and half pepperoni. When I called the store they tried to tell me it was my fault and that I ordered my food correctly. I told the kid on the phone that's not what I ordered. He kept laughing at me and when I asked for a supervisor he said he was it and continues to laugh, then he hangs up on me. I'll never ever order from here again!!! Bad service, crappy tasting pizza, lateness.

Service was horrible. They do not answer when you ask for corporates number. I have never seen an employee act the way she did. Sad to see these companies getting a bad reputation for their employees behavior.

Every piece of feta cheese was burnt and when the delivery driver Jason got here he made me feel pressured to give him a tip which is not okay it would definitely recommend a different pizza spot and when I tried to call to let them know no one answers it's almost 2:00 on the Thursday that's crazy

I need to say that the app is a little bit hard to work and you cannot put any special detail like maybe I want some cheesy bread with pepperoni on it every time I got a pizza from there it's been very good
