It's always quick and as busy as it gets they're pretty good at controlling cat traffic. This one is much better than the one over by Hopper, and they seem more organized.

I used to love this location, it was the first Dutch brothers I ever tried. The drink quality has gone down, presumably due to the increase in customers. But I simply will not go to this location any longer, the drive thru has become incredibly disorganized, the staff rarely directs traffic or keeps tabs on who is coming in first. I've often told the kids working that the car beside me was there first, it seems only fair, but no one ever does this for me, and the employees do not seem to care if you make the point that they served two people before you that drove up after you arrived. Recently, a woman tried to cut me off in the drive thru, presumably so she'd get served first. When I pulled up, clearly first, and she pulled up beside me, the employee took her order as she was hanging out her window calling for the employee (idk if she was a friend or a former employee or what). I told the employee I was surprised she took her order before mine, as she nearly caused an accident trying to quickly cut in front of me in the drive thru, and the employee laughed it off and didn't really acknowledge it. That was the final straw for me, customers may act inappropriately but it's up to staff to direct customers so accidents don't happen and the line of customers flows smoothly. The staff is doing neither of these and, from my perspective, giving special treatment to other employees or friends. Change the double lanes situation, Hire someone to direct traffic, open a new location to ease up the line, whatever it takes, but the experience is atrocious.

I will admit the chocolate caramel drink I got was excellent. I was in the Santa Rosa area & noticed the long line at Dutch Bros. I had never tried it before, so decided to give it a go. Most of the time I drove by the line was PACKED. The cars backed up to Mendocino Ave! I decided to come a bit later at night with fewer cars/people. I still had to wait for my drink though. My drink itself was delicious. I would give that an A+. The thing I did not like was partly the waiting. I think the whole drive thru is a mess to be honest. Cars get backed up which is dangerous. Then you have cars coming together in the place itself. I am even more surprised they don't have an online ordering system. We aren't in the 70's or 80's any more. Everyone usually has online ordering available. So why not make it available? Maybe just make it available for people to pick up in the place itself not drive thru. Something needs to change though. Maybe even just consider a bigger lot to hold more cars. It gets RIDICULOUS of the wait time and cars backed up!!

This is the worst Dutch location I've ever been to. Super long waits always! and then being skipped in line by multiple people because the girl outside taking orders decided to go to the other side and take peoples orders that had just pulled in. We've had such good experiences at other Dutch Brothers so we kept coming hoping that it was just a bad day, but After 10 or so visits to this location , my family will not be coming back. They seriously need new management. The unique customer service experience at Dutch Brothers is one of the reasons people love to go there. But this place is consistently bad in all categories.

The smiles, the unique personalities and esthetics of each person makes it so rewarding and enjoyable! This particular locations ticks all the boxes!!
