Asked my friend to grab me a Banana Bread steamer got a completely different drink with Vanilla and Coffee? The one in Mendocino and other locations have made it correctly. This is the third time I've gone there and they either give me someone else's drink or something completely different. Go to the Mendocino one they know what they're doing.

I went by here today to get my birthday reward. I just parked and walked up to the little kiosk since the drive through line was long. I got a delicious iced chai with peppermint, vanilla and vanilla soft top. It’s so good! Wanted to mix it up a bit. I love coming here and getting a drink it’s fun and the people are super nice. I had to wait about 12 minutes for my drink which is ok since they were a little bit busy. Plus the music they play is fun and upbeat. Always come back
Sometimes the line gets crazy, but that's almost any Dutch. My kids like this one best since it is close to other food places (especially now that a Jersey Mike's opened next door) and a short drive from Coffey Park. There's plenty of parking around the shopping center if you prefer to walk over.

I am disgusted. On 1/12/24 around 9:15 pm, I went to Dutch and had ordered three drinks one was an ice chai; they gave me the chai, so I took a sip out it just when she noticed it was wrong drink. She went to tell a girl with a purple hoodie what she did and she said “ask for it back”, the girl at the window was hesitant but she did ask for it back. I gave it back to her and let her know I did sip on it and she said “yes I know”. I heard the girl in the purple hoodie says “throw away the top, they won’t notice anyways”. I was DISGUSTED! We then saw the drink by the drive thru door and they were going to give it to the correct person. That is very unsanitary and gross. I was a regular at Dutch, but not anymore. We threw away our drinks afterwards.
Okay so I'm leaving Kohl's and I see a gigantic line-cars everywhere, I mean like the whole parking lot was full and I couldn't figure it out because Jersey Mike's Subs Will be opening soon but right next door was Dutch Bros Coffee, which I've never had before. And I'd like to thank them for getting me addicted to the Peach Rebel energy drink-YUM!!! I cannot wait to come back everyday and try every one of the flavors except anything with strawberry or watermelon in it because that's gross and not my thing. The stuff was also really really cool very very helpful and the girl that served me my peach rebel was also named Sarah-what a coinkydink! Thank you Bros-it's just what I needed, yet another new addiction.

Not super friendly. The way they take the line orders are all messed up. They have two lines but don't ever take orders in order of when you get there. Instead they take one whole line at a time then go to the other line. Doesn't make sense and means the customers will have to wait longer. We have gone to many duch bros and although this one is big and has alot of flashy stuff like a truck and van ect.... the service is greatly lacking. The small hut in our town has a long line but you are always served a smile a kind conversation and are in line where you should be. I prefer ours to this one.. perhaps the owner should go to napa to see how it's done!
