Waste of time & money! Nobody speaks English, so it’s already difficult, but cannot get a simple order correct! Went round & round with them to get the order right. Ordered 3 burritos, one with chicken & nothing else. Get to the window they hand us 2 burritos, explain they are missing the 3rd one. They take the bag back & apologize, then hand the bag back, with the “corrected “ order. Drive all the way across town 25 minutes home to find all they did was pull one burrito out & put a different one in, but still 2 not 3 that we paid for!!!! At 7pm on Tuesday night, not driving out of our way another hour to try to explain their mistake for the 6th time!!??♀️ So my husband will be stopping by TOMORROW so they can figure out how to correct this absolutely ridiculous mistake! So I get no dinner tonight, thanks!?

Today, December 30, I had tacos al carbon combo, I wanted to pay with my gift card and for the second time my gift card had no balance (they had already given me one before and the same thing happened.Same thing but this time we will claim the balance), so we will have to return to the store with the ticket if we find it, and on the other hand it is the second time that they have given me some tacos with the horrible taste of chicken, I don't know If it's chicken from many days ago or what's wrong, but it tastes a lot like raw and old chicken!!! I'm super upset that you go to the drive thru; You come home expecting to have a good dinner and surprise you just threw your money in the trash!! And return from here to Cleveland ? horrible horrible horrible!

I ordered a large tortilla soup. I got over charged $6. When I let them know it was a little confusing for them. After 8 minutes I got the right change. Got home and guess what???? Soup sucked!!!!
