I love Whole Foods. But I've gone multiple times over the course of the last few weeks and the coffee and smoothie bar consistently has the closed sign. Understandable but hoping it's open soon.

I keep wanting them to get better. On a weekend they had the burrito area and the pizza area closed. They are so severely understaffed. The salad bar was 1/4 or less full. The deli looked sad. Oliver's on Stony Point never looks like this. Lunch time on weekdays is also ridiculous. They have hardly anything ready from 12-1 when everyone goes to lunch and at times there will be one person in the deli. It can take 30+ minutes to get a sandwich.

This review is specifically for Evelyn in the floral department -- I came in a few days ago to pick out a bouquet for a work event and she was incredibly thoughtful helping to decide which flowers to use. She also put together the bouquet in a very short amount of time while I waited and was so nice throughout the entire process. I could not had left happier!

I ordered groceries through Amazon; however, when delivered there were quite a number of items missing, so I called the store at Coddington, Santa Rosa, CA, three miles from where I live, and where my order was supposed to have been filled. After putting me on hold and transferring me they informed me that they couldn't help me with my order, and that I would have to contact Amazon customer services to get my missing items. You first of all have to speak with a moronic computer generated voice that has to send a text to your phone to verify that it is you, but cannot help you, gives you irrelevant information, and then announces that it has helped you. It then asks if there is anything else that it can help you with, and so I said "Live Person!!"loudly and repeatedly. After being put on hold and forced to listen to some "happy music," I was then able to speak to a very pleasant and helpful person - apparently in India! - who then sent me an email with a link that I had to copy and paste in my browser that took me to an Amazon site where I had to click a button to prove that it was me. She then took from me the list of undelivered items and informed me that they could be delivered later that day (We'll see). My complaint isn't so much that Wholefoods and Amazon couldn't just get the simple order right in the first place as much as the stupid, inefficient, mind numbing bureaucracy that you have to go through to get it put right, wasting not only the customer's time but Amazon's, too, and, in the process, earning it a bad review.

Really under staffed... it's hard to support a business that doesn't take care of their employees. I feel bad for whoever has to work in the deli it's atrocious.

Yeah, I know -- it's often called "Whole Paycheck". Not the cheapest, but generally top quality produce, meats, and fish -- which they happily cut per your request. Now owned by Amazon (feel free to 'boo' and 'hiss' if you're so inclined), you'll get 5% off that hefty bill with your Amazon VISA card, and an additional 10% off items that are on sale when you're shopping. Bonus: if you're worried about your Amazon packages getting stolen by porch pirates, have them shipped to the store for painless pickup (or return); delivery is as fast, and often faster than home delivery. Other than the employees who are laser-focused on their mission to fill online orders for delivery, everyone else is helpful and seems pretty happy to see you there

Always fresh, clean, well stocked, and friendly! Fresh daily baked breads, A2 milks, all on one level with wide aisles making great accessibility! Kind and helpful employees. Top quality products with high standards! The toxins they don't allow are as impressive as the healthy vibrant products the do carry!

Normally I have no issues shopping at Whole Foods but today was a different story of profiling and bullying by bored Bezos employees (Wes and management) at 10am on a Wednesday. We paid using the self check out machine, and after we paid and started walking out of the store, an employee came up behind us and asked if we were having problems with the machine. With the receipt in my hand, I told him no and continued to exit the store. As we were getting in the car to drive away, we noticed he followed us out of the store. While pulling out of the parking lot, the employee took out his phone and took a picture of our car. We immediately parked and went back into the store to speak to a manager about the harassing behaviour of this employee. When the manager got to the customer service desk, we explained what just happened and showed him the receipt to prove that we paid for our items. Right away, his tone was accusatory and he told us we could have just taken that receipt out of the trash. He refused to hear any further concerns from us until the employee involved in the incident was present. We then learned that the employee was a team leader named Wes. With the manager and Wes at the customer service desk, we explained that we didn't appreciate being harassed, followed to the car, and accused of not paying or stealing items by the implication that we would take a receipt out of the trash. I have the receipt right here in my hand, showing the last 4 digits of the card that I used to pay for it, that has my name on it, and my ID showing my name. Or do you want to tell me I got all that out of the trash as well? Naturally we were pretty upset, and our concerns not being heard caused the conversation to become a little heated. The two of them became very confrontational and told us to leave the store and that we're not welcome back. We have been supporters of Whole Foods for over 20 years and have never had such a poor experience. This matter deserves to be investigated further, and the associated employees should be held accountable for their poor, accusatory, and aggressive treatment of paying customers.

This is one of the larger stores of Whole Foods. Large areas for dining available both inside and outside the store. Lots of variety of packed food, cooked food available to pack and take out or eat there. Lots of bakery stuff and meats, juices and veggies, and that too all organic. The stuff is all neatly shelved and labelled. Neat premises too. Self Check out counters are ample too. Recommended for your organic food needs.

I have never written a bad review. Went to Coddingtown Whole foods to get all the items for a German Feast for15 people. Started at the meat counter. The sausages looked awesome. I asked The guy if he had any more brats as it looked liked there were only 11 in the Tray. He RUDELY told me that I should have called early to so they could make more and that way they would not be sold out for the day. Honestly, that is not my issue if he was sold out at 3:00pm because I brought what was remaining in the tray. Then it ends up that the tray has 2 layers so he still had some remaining to sell. As they are raw, I asked if I should boil them and he said, I have no idea how to cook them. WOW! I have never had a butcher say they did not know how to cook something in their counter. The worst part was how he threw the wrap sausages across the counter top at me. The tape actually broke open. Absolutely rude. It was not much better at the check out stand. I was expecting to spend about 200.00 to buy the rest of the dinner, including Wine and Beer purchases. Drove across town to Oliver's and got the rest of the meal. They were more then helpful with helping with good wine and beer choices.

Came in today to pick up sandwiches for the road. After placing our four sandwich order, i was told the whole store did not have Turkey. I was then sold on chicken by a lovely man and i let them continue to make our sandwiches. I was then handed a sandwich for a lady that wasnt me by the young man who was supposed to be making our chicken sandwiches... well that ended up with Karen letting me know she was waiting 30 mins for her sandwich. We finally got our sandwiches 30 mins after we ordered and they were all made with ham. I ordered chicken salad on the side.. and three chicken sandwiches... we didn't have anymore time for them to remake the whole order so i had to take my receipt to customer service who got a confused kick out of our horrible service and ultimately no food. He refunded us and said have a nice day... Im very saddened

Everytime I go get soup they never have any lids that fit. Today I was trying to figure out what kind of breakfast burritos they had. They just label it with the additive ingredients. I didn't know if it was a bacon or sausage burrito. Please fix these areas. Its frustrating.

DO NOT USE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!! DRIVERS DON'T DELIVER TO CORRECT ADDRESS AND NO ONE CAN HELP!!!!! RIP OFF. I ordered groceries. Amazon driver came to doorstep, dropped off groceries, and then TOOK THEM AWAY because they belonged to a different address. She took my groceries to a neighbor's house (who hadn't ordered) and when I tried to deal with the store all I got were excuses and finger pointing. Driver is an independent contractor so store isn't responsible. Amazon won't refund food items so they're no help. Store couldn't be of any assistance. Only option is to cancel charge on credit card as NO ONE TAKES ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR OFFERS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Lucky for me, neighbors figured out whose order it was and brought it back. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH AMAZON/WHOLE FOODS DELIVERIES. NO ONE GIVES A HOOT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.

Was 2 minutes late to make an Amazon return and they didn't want to help me. Shows what kind of people work here.

My daughter and I stopped in today for burritos. They were so tiny they looked like child size! Mine was full of chicken bones which completely sent me into orbit (I hate biting into bones!). For the price, I expect better from Whole Foods. On another note, the cashier who rang us up was very friendly and nice.
