My children start their weekend wanting to eat at Grateful Bagel. Always extravagant with avocado, seeds, fresh cool cream cheese. Delicious!

The basics of respectful social interaction are lost on the workers here. They chit-chat between themselves and ignore customers as they are waiting to order. There is a restroom down the hall that says "Customers Only" for all the businesses in the plaza to use. This is the only business there that won't let their customers use it. After I ordered, I asked to use the restroom. The worker said it is for employees only, then she grabbed the key and walked down to the restroom and used the restroom herself. Strange.

Very mediocre bagels. Got there around 10am on the weekend and they were out of basic flavors.

It would be a decent place if they followed the orders of customers. If a ticket says No, don’t put that item on there. If your customer calls before the order is made and verifies, because it’s always wrong in past orders, you shouldn’t hang up on them. You as an establishment should always wait for the customer to say goodbye. I never demanded money back or made a poor review, but hanging up on a customer is just rude.

Excellent service, happy staff and delicious coffee with soft and toasty bagels the location is accesible and had a lot of parking at 10:00am, so we parked and sat in one of their tino tables for a bit.

I absolutely love this place , the bagels / sandwiches are very tasty . My one star review only refers to management ,every time I go there to order my food I hear the girls complaining how they are overwhelmed and wanting to quit , one time a girl was crying behind the counter because she was all by herself dealing with upset customers and taking several orders , coming from DoorDash … I understand that some businesses are short staffed so I tend to be more understanding but it is not fair to these girls to be overworked and stressed ! I’m also only commenting about it because it has happened several times . I can not continue to support s business that don’t support their employees …

This is my favorite bagel place in Santa Rosa! I work just down the road and I am always greeted with a smile and a great conversation. I go in at least once a week, and I felt called to leave a 5 star review after building a nice relationship with the employees here. I see there are some negative reviews and I think this is because they are expecting a fast moving big bagel shop. Grateful Bagel is small business, owned and operated by only a few employees, balancing door dash orders and walk-ins, so if you give them patience and consideration they will treat you exactly the same way in return. If you want to try their best bagels you have to go in earlier in the day as they run out of some later in the day. To me this shows how fresh all their bagels really are as they are made in the morning for that day. Thank you Grateful Bagel for making great bagels and always putting a smile on my face :)

The bagels here are good. Not the best I've had but not the worst. I do like the flavoring options they have and everything seems to work well together. However, I do question how sanitary everything is. The place doesn't look overly clean and maybe a tad disorganized, and the bagels do take quite a while to prepare. Probably wouldn't go back here unless I was really hungry.

Came in Sunday Morning(July 9th 2023 at about 1:30pm)for two everything bagels(one with cream cheese and one grateful eggle with cheddar)…. Needless to say that is not what we got. 2 plain bagels with Swiss cheese is what we got. We use to own a restaurant down the street so I often stopped in. We tried to call and the young lady simply laughed over the phone. It’s a shame to see one of down towns better locations take such a turn for the worse, problem coulda easy been fixed if the staff had simply called to say “hey we don’t have the items you want” but that never happened.
