Tried Haku for the first time yesterday. The food was fresh and delicious. Everything had great flavor and met our expectations! the prices were reasonable and portions of food were great for the price! The inside was very clean and pleasant to be in while we had our meal. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful when asking questions regarding different items on the menu. I'll definitely be back to enjoy another great meal! This place is a hidden gem!
The sushi in this place is off the charts delicious! I would give it 8 stars if I could. The one thing or rather 2 things I would complain about is the service and the disgusting carpet in the restaurant. The waitresses are not very polite and got a bit ticked off when I asked for more ginger. I eat my sushi with tons of ginger and it was hard to get more than a couple of slices. Also the carpet inside this place is soooooo gross! They really need to change and refresh the inside space. But if you can turn a blind eye to this I highly recommend this place for the mere fact that the food is delicious!!!
Visiting from out of town and this place was close to our hotel. We ordered 2 spider rolls and a bento box. If you order take out and pay in cash, you'd get 20% off. We normally don't have cash but as luck would have it, we had some cash last night to save a couple bucks. Food was pretty good. We would return.
Pretty good place with a lot if specialty rolls. We got the gyozas which were deep fried and 3 rolls. Philly roll, Amadeus Amadeus (In: crab avocado, unagi. Out: salmon. On top: green onion and unagi sauce and tobiko) and Deadliest Catch ( In: shrimp tempura, cucumber, avocado. Top: crab, softshell crab. On top: unagi sauce, spicy mayo, wasabi sauce and tobiko). I did not expect to like the Deadliest Catch just because I am not big on spicy sushi, but it was not as hot as I expected it to be, very enjoyable. We also got some home made thin mint chocolate chip ice cream which was delicious. Took a star for the homeless people that yelled at us for food and the staff did not do anything about it, killed the mood a bit.
First of all there open till 12 am an have delivery options late too after 8pm hard to find descent food to get delivered till I food this place. Chicken katsu plate an spare rib place on point yummy ?
We order beef and seafood udan noodles they only put lots of carrots and it’s tasty terrible it’s like sweet tea in noodles
Excellent service. Our server Jun was fast friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely fantastic. Saki bomb was my first ever, and was perfect.
Food was good. Thai tea was good. A little pricey for the quality but I mean it tasted good. Maybe our server was having a bad day, but they weren't personable or patient. Everything felt kind of rushed. The table next to us was buying roll after roll after roll and out server was being more friendly to them. Maybe cause they were spending a lot of money? Idk. Just an observation. If you're looking for better service and quality go to O! Sushi.
Haku is my favorite sushi spot in Santa Rosa! They have excellent food and I've always experienced excellent customer service at Haku. Next time you go you must get the garlic edamame and the 49er roll! Pay in cash and you get a discount. You will not regret going to Haku for your next sushi night!
Great menu options and excellent service. Literally, every time anyone passed by my table, they asked if I was doing ok, how the food was tasting or if I needed anything. So happy I chose this location for my sushi craving. I also like that they are open late and they currently offer a discount for paying in cash.
The tempura is fire, the roles are so good. The service is really good. No complaints at all
Good quality, friendly service.
Visiting the area found this place thru a recommendation . So delicious . Now I pass it on to you. You'll thank me later . So goooooood! Some of the best sushi I've had. And it's been many
I frequent Haku a lot and it's my favorite sushi spot in Santa Rosa ! They have an assortment of amazing sushi and handmade ice cream! The staff is very nice and are super punctual. Definitely stop by if you want great affordable sushi. The restaurant itself is very beautifully designed, and gives into the illusion of being in Japan.
Very nice waiters and very attentive, but the sushi itself seemed to be mediocre at best.
