There were four of us, we had the Thai food dinner for three and at first it was overwhelming how much food they put on the table. Then a nice young lady came out and explained how to eat it and what most of it was. We will be back.

Tiny little place. Slight look of horror when asking for a table of 6. But while a bit tight the service is second only to the quality of the food. Which may be some of the best in SR. Should note I had Korean BBQ not the sushi but I definitely have made this a special occasion destination.Parking: Super cheap garage right across the street. Maybe 1.25 for the time I was there.

Just came to try this place and just got treated like I didn’t exist. Female brown haired waitress sat me down without saying anything and without bringing me any water or asking if I wanted a drink. Then she bailed on me and left me sitting there for 15 min. Then as she saw me leave she yelled “you’re not going to order” and I replied “no thanks” then she said “we don’t serve until 11 that’s why”. Clearly they are open now and I’m the only one in there. She’s just giving some excuse as to why she treats customers like we don’t exist. Don’t go here it’s not well managed, we need to support business that actually are deserving of our money.

I ordered the Lion King roll for the first time which unbeknownst to me has a lot of cheese (it’s not stated on their menu!). I ate two pieces when I realized it had cheese and I became physically sick and couldn’t make it to my volunteer job. I was able to get a refund but when I asked if I could maybe get a free drink as well for the inconvenience of becoming sick and missing my volunteer job the manager argued with me and said it’s a popular roll and the recipe is the same everywhere. I told her I don’t see how that’s relevant because the fact is that their menu did not say the roll would have cheese. She would not stop repeating herself that it’s a popular roll at every sushi restaurant so I should have known it would have cheese. Again…if their menu didn’t state there was cheese and I was trying it for the first time how on Earth was I supposed to know? Am I now supposed to research every new roll I want to try? I thought relying on their menu should have been enough to keep me informed of the ingredients but clearly I was wrong. I used to love this restaurant so it’s extremely upsetting to learn this is how they “handle” negative situations.

Everything about our service was great. Everything about the atmosphere was great. They were awesome for serving us so well, even really close to closing time. It was excellent service all the way up until the doors were closed. They even treated my children exceptionally well and gave them glow sticks. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the bathroom had no toilet paper. I’m sure it was just been simple to tell them, considering that it was so late in the evening it was probably overlooked but I was the only issue that I had at the restaurant. I would definitely go there again and I would definitely recommend it again.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Santa Rosa. While service isn't the quickest, especially on packed nights, the food is delicious, with the expansive menu being consistently great across the board. (Note: their dishes aren't the richest, but more on the aromatic side. They're very flavorful nonetheless.) The atmosphere is beautiful, with comfortable lighting and stalls that provide a degree of privacy. Highly recommend.

My favorite thing to get from Haku is the salmon teriyaki plate. I absolutely love the salad that comes with it.!!They have some really really good sushi rolls my fave from that is what she is having.Seriously can’t go wrong with going to this place for date night or family night. They also have a really good Korean barbecue which is really good can’t go wrong like I said they’re dessert. Also is delicious I love their deep-fried ice cream.Staff are also very kind and they are very attentive which is what I appreciate

Jedi Mind Trick is absolutely delish. No Rice in it either which makes me happy when I'm trying to limit carbs. About the price you'd expect for sushi. Quality and Atmosphere seems worth it to me.
