Been eating here since i was a kid and my mom and dad know the family who own it and they are the kindest people you could ever meet can't believe they are closing their doors ? I'm so sad words can't even explain now where am i going to get food as good as jalisco's most likely no where. Going to miss you guys and will always love you!

Been eating here since I was a kid and it always tastes the same, very consistently delicious! Super friendly staff, best bean and cheese burrito in town ?

high-ish prices, but then an up- charge for chips. food quality just a shade past pure garbage. small portions. rotten lettuce. 2 stars only because service was good & so was the salsa. very disappointing. not recommended.

Very rude employee. I was new to the area and wanted to park for just 5 minutes for ikes sandwich and they took pic of my license plate and said will report to sheriff for trespassing. I pulled my car out immediately and said sorry, the employee said "TOO LATE" then walled away. Such rude people cannot make good food or sustain good business. seriously who hurt them?

Was going to go to Ikes but the parking lot was full so thought I’d try this place instead. Before I had even locked my car a women was yelling that I couldn’t park there bc it was for that restaurant only. Just assumed I want eating there ?Decided to circle Ike’s parking lot until someone left rather than go to such a rude place.

The steak sandwiches are to die for they have always been since the '80s and they still keep the constant taste one of the best family-owned restaurants in Santa Rosa by far

I have to give one star even tho I've never had a chance to eat here. I've tried 6 times, but they close their doors an hour before they close. Google says 11, their door says 9. Even if they have good food who ever is running the show is failing at their job.

Consistently tasty tacos and enchiladas. Friendly and speedy service. Reasonably priced.

Food is good here and so is the staff but the parking lot patrol lady is the reason I will never come back again. The second I got out of the car she told us we can’t park here and she was going to block us in. Feel sorry for the rest of the workers who seemed so nice. Before even asking if we are eating there she already wanted to kick us out. Shame.Once I got in to order she made it a point to follow behind me and announce to the workers and the other patrons that I was in the parking lot and needed to order food. What a nightmare of woman.

I would ask for the California Burrito from Jalisco's in Santa Rosa for my death row meal. Not even exaggerating. If you go to SRJC, the only acceptable reason to go to the taco bell is to get one (1) baja blast to use for free refills for the rest of the year before leaving immediately and going to Jalisco's.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars.I was going to eat lunch here, but I changed my mind after being yelled at by an employee who thought I was parking my car there and walking somewhere else.I came for a burrito. Parked my car in reverse. Started taking a few pictures of my car so I could make an ad on Craigslist while I was enjoying my lunch. I needed a far away picture so I walked 10 feet infront of my car and as I turned around to take a picture a employee came out and yelled at me very rudely to move my car. I told him "Well I was gonna eat here, but never mind" and got in my car and drove off. Went to La Texanita on Sebastopol Rd. where I gave them a $20 tip for great customer service.

Yes, they are open even though it may look like it's not. Stopped in for some beef taquitos with rice and beans. The taquitos had a nice crunch to them. The rice was fluffy and the beans were creamy & cheesy. I wish the salsa had more kick to it, but, overall I was satisfied with my lunch. Picnic tables outside are not that comfortable and there is limited seating inside.
