Decent sandwiches but wow was that a frustrating place to be. Ordered a sandwich to pick up online. Got a 25-45 minute estimate. There is no room anywhere in the place because there are so many people waiting for pickup orders. There's no system or separate line. No one announces if a pickup order is ready. There's no management. If you want to embrace the online ordering business, you have to set up properly for it. Your current approaches sacrifices the quality of the product and experience. So I'll get a sandwich somewhere else next time.

Nice new shiny store !! Great sandwiches !! Tip to staff. Please clean the tables and floor. For a new store, have a little pride. Not sure what it is about Jersey Mike's but everytime I go into one of the Santa Rosa stores, I want to grab a towel and clean the tables and chairs off. There aren't that many to keep up with.

Ordered for pick up waited 20 minutes and headed out to grab my dinner. Waited almost another 30 minutes before they started making my sandwich . Don't order for pick up just go and order it in person 5 people were serviced before me who just walked in . Won't be back to this location

This place is full of young kids wanting to talk to each other not caring about the customer needs I went in there and asked for a number six roast beef provolone with extra meat and then a mini number six and they gave me two regulars with no extra meat they added everything they wanted to add and drenched it with vinegar when I say drench I meant I had a soggy sandwich by the time I got home very disgusting to eat on top of that who puts oregano on the top of that sandwich I sure don't that was another disgusting thing I had to eat because they didn't take time to ask what I wanted I was so disgusted I didn't even wait for my change I just handed them $40 and walked out the door disgusted

I placed. Y order online and was able to pick it up shortly after my arrival. The staff was super busy and still took the time to acknowledge and see what I needed almost as soon as I came through the door. The food was fantastic and would be a staple for lunch or dinner if I lived in the area.

Five stars for the food, but have to deduct one star due to the unfortunate parking situation since they share a driveway with Dutch Brothers. It's such a hassle trying to get into the parking lot that it affects the decision on eating there. The line for Dutch Bros which can sometimes be two cars wide completely blocks all the spaces for Jersey Mikes not to mention you have to wait in the Dutch Bros line just to get access to the parking spaces. I hope the two business owners can figure out a better solution soon. The subs are delicious, love the Mike's Way style with oil and vinegar. The clean inside has a few tables but gets crowded easily. No tables for eating outside.

Staff was friendly and helpful even with a nagging manager explaining proper sweeping in a sarcastic tone.Product was just OK. Fresh and made to order but the #13 Classic Italian felt like a cheap Subway version of what should be a meat-pile of cold cuts intended to stop your heart. Im fat and an expert in classic Italian subs.3 points because:Couldn't taste or find salami or cappacuolo on the sandwich. Provolone was so thin you could read a faded credit card through it.Put more meat on the classic Italian and I might bump the score up next time.

Got serious food poisoning, they just said they were gonna check and that’s it. Didn’t eat nothing besides a sub and before that I didn’t eat anything since the morning before. I’ve been throwing up all night serious cramps and fever. Please be aware cause they don’t follow the procedures correctly and you will get

Excellent new sando place! Have been driving by for months looking forward to the opening and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Ordered a Giant Club Sub Mike style and it was the bomb! Super huge! What impressed me was that there was one person slicing meats to order, a sandwich maker, a wrapper, and a cashier! Really great and friendly staff and only waited minutes for my super delicious sandwich. Welcome to Northern Santa Rosa Jersey Mike's! Will definitely be back for the rest of the menu!

Sadly I didn't take a picture of my gluten free sandwich :( I was so hungry & amazed how they cleaned and careful they were knowing that I ordered a gluten-free bread. They cleaned their hands, fresh new gloves and utensils. 10/10
