Although a big corporation called YumFoods now owns KFC this fast food restaurant still tastes as good as some real southern chicken, just like Colonel Sanders would’ve liked it.Harland Sanders aka Colonel Sanders, the one and only white suit man started serving his own fried chicken when he owned a petrol station in Kentucky during the year 1930. His petrol station then changed into a roadside restaurant and motel called Sanders’ Court & Cafe.Another fun fact is the KFC recipe is super secret. There’s 11 herbs and spices Colonel Sanders only kept on a small piece of paper which is now locked away in the KFC headquarters, only a few employees knowing about. How mysterious! There are people out there who think they’ve figured it out, but we’ll all leave the taste contest up to you. This specific KFC restaurant is located on Santa Rosa Avenue near a busy highway. It is right next to Sonic Drive-In, Country Inn Santa Rosa, and right across the street from Applebees. They do have their very own parking lot including for the handicapped folks. My party and I had ordered the $20 KFC meal. This came with 6 pieces of chicken, 4 sides of your choice, and 4 biscuits. The sides we had ordered was Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, fries, and coleslaw.Although the coleslaw wasn’t our favorite it was all so tasty! The chicken was very crispy. The Mac n cheese was creamy and the right amount of cheesy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were whipped perfectly. They were soft. I did wish they added more gravy. They gave a little amount. The biscuits were fluffy and crumbly. People like them with butter. I personally enjoy having the mashed potatoes with it. Great combo! Lastly, the fries were also crunchy and crispy. Nowadays good fries can be a rarity. As for the customer service. The night my guests and I came in the workers were very polite, warm, and helpful. There was a specific worker named Francisco. I would love to compliment his behavior especially! He has multi tasking skills and patience. He knows how to make his customers happy! Management, keep this one while you can!I wouldn’t call this vegan or vegetarian friendly, of course. Given their name is literally Kentucky Fried Chicken, but for vegetarians you at least have their side options to choose from. Also, KFC is definitely kid friendly as they have many yummy options to choose from that fits their size!Overall to the beautiful people of Sonoma county and visitors abroad, I had a pleasurable experience here! I would recommend checking this place out if you’re a chicken lover.

Take out salad, paid $2.50 extra for avocado, got a teaspoon size glob, disappointed. $15.50 for some chicken and salad greens. Starving after eating this, such a ripoff.

Ordered online and they still made me wait an extra 8 minutes to cook my wings. I used to work at kfc and I know it takes 8 minutes to make the wings. They didn’t even throw in a free biscuit or anything as a show of remorse. Manager seemed very young and must be new.

I'll never go to this location again. It used to be good a year ago but since then the service has really been awful. You go inside and you will be waiting at least 15 mins to be helped while the workers ignore you. Meanwhile, they are taking and making orders for the drive through. Then they make your order wrong and don't even tell you. They give it to me and when i say it's wrong, I get attitude and "we don't have that " they are ALWAYS out of crispy chicken. I will happily go somewhere else.
The worse service the employee very rude and lie to me about what inside my order box when I get to my work I don’t find anything I asked for and I paid for, I couldn’t enjoy my meal.Vegetarian options: Any

The KFC on Santa Rosa Blvd don't honor the signs they put up. For example, if you don't get your receipt your food is free. That happened to me, but the district manager/ manager would not honor that posted agreement??? I called corporate and they said they were taking care of it. I never heard a word back from them. The lady I talked to straight up lied to me. I don't buy from KFC Anymore!!

Placed a larger order only to wait 5 min and then told there was no chicken. But they were serving drive thru non stop slow of corse but then I was told they were busy on drive thru and it would be 25 min on more chicken, unless I wanted tenders instead. I was on lunch break and could not wait so I said that's fine. I still waited 30 more min for food and was not happy since I was late for work now. No manager in the store, one employee not waring gloves dropped a ottle in the gravy the fished it out and continued to serve the gravy. I pointed this out they said it was OK. Long story short I will not go back to this KFC ever again and I don't recommend anyone else going there either

Spicy mac and cheese bowl. Mac, cheese, chicken is swimming in the spicy oil sauce. This is just asking for an upset stomach. Can't even eat around it. Horrible.
