Employee greeted me promptly and allowed time to look for what we wanted. He was willing to give advice. Food was fresh and hot, even after I got home. It was only a few minutes between ordering and everything being ready. Street parking is all that's available.

Ordering was quick. Was told it would be a 5 minute wait. Watched the guy boxing/cutting pizzas open and close my pizza and my friend's repeatedly across ten minutes before our pizzas were given to us. Pizzas were barely 'hot' when received.

I have been looking over the reviews on this place and I would be disgruntled too. It is obvious that the owner doesn't care about anything other than cashing their check. But, to the business credit the people working there are probably paid under minimum wage and don't care much. The pizza is great, didn't have any problems with the people. If any place doesn't move fast, I wouldn't dare order delivery.
