Food and service are always excellent. Main dining area is lively and fun while the attic space is cold and isolated. Service is a bit slower on the 2nd floor as well. We went the other night for my sons 14th birthday. We made reservations for the main dining area when they opened and then called to confirm before arriving. When we arrived it was packed as always. Instead of reserving a table for us on the main floor we were rushed upstairs and in the back. I guess reservations DO NOT MATTER. If we would have known this we would have made plans elsewhere. Didn't really enjoy our sons birthday or stay for dessert. Thank you for that!

My daughter and I were there for the second time, first time was excelente but, yesterday she took me to celebrate my Birthday and the waiter we had this time gives us a really bad service. He was spitting on my face every time he spoke to us, he was loud, it took him a while to came and take our order, he barely checked on us, he forgot our drinks, The Busser Oscar was giving us a better service then the waiter. Even Oscar offered us a dessert, we ordered it with him and I saw Oscar telling our waiter about the dessert even pointing at our table and our waiter forgot to put the order on too, he was blaming it on Oscar when it was his fault forgetting about it.And guess what? I’m a Food Server too! I told my daughter tip him something even though hi didn’t deserved it and I decided to tip Oscar (the busser) better for his great service.Food was great.

Apparently, I've never written a review for my favorite Italian place, so here we are. I have been going here off and on for about 7 years after discovering it during a restaurant week. It can be expensive, so I don't get to have it as much as I'd like, but it has been my favorite date night spot. My kids like it too, especially hearing some of the staff speaking Italian, it is a smaller space so it gets a bit loud on busy nights so my daughter with sensitive ears brings her ear plugs just in case. If you like dessert, the tiramisu and lemoncello are our favorites.

We loved this place. The people working were so kind and friendly. They all went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was cozy. We cant wait to go back again

Though our reservation was auto-canceled, they were able to accommodate us on a busy Sunday night. The Linguini with prawns was overpowered with a strong lemon flavor, but the prawns were cooked perfectly, and you get five large ones for $30. The sausage rigatoni was done perfectly with an outstanding balance of flavor. Overall, I would say it's on the pricier side for some of their pastas, but a good atmosphere.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was vibrant with patrons enjoying themselves. Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The portions were large enough for many of us to need a take home box. I will definitely return.

We have had carbonara in Italy as well as made it ourselves. Being that they used guanciale instead of pancetta, we had high hopes of a delicious one. It was okay but was bland. Not enough egg, salt or pepper. The rapini (broccoli) was very bitter. My super tuscan wine and the tiramisu were great and service was wonderful.Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Found this restaurant by chance looking for an upscale pasta and steak place for dinner for our anniversary. Located in quaint downtown Santa Rosa, we were pleasantly surprised with the locale, the restaurant, and amazed by the food. We were able to get a same day reservation on a Saturday in this small (maybe 12 tables on the main floor), but well kept, authentically decorated Italian restaurant. Unfortunately for us, our waiter was less than attentive while we witnessed other tables getting far better service from a waitress. Price was above average by comparison, but the quality and presentation of the food were well worth it.

The caprese salad was good. I usually enjoy seafood but I did not care for the baby octopus. Very pungent. My dinner companions enjoyed the octopus. The lamb shank tasted like it was cooked a week ago and reheated for dinner service. It did not seem fresh.

We LOVED the food here. Best we've had in almost ever. We were seated upstairs. I'm sure the service here is usually good, but our server somehow didn't take a liking to us. I don't know if it's because we split one of the entrees or what. He was impatient with us while taking our order and just wasn't nice. We saw him being very gregarious and laughing with some of the other tables. It was apparent he likes to be the "star" of his own show. He practically threw the bill on our table at the end of the meal, and it wasn't until he came back to the table to run our cards (and get the tip) that he finally said it was a pleasure having us. We just couldn't figure out what we had done to make him mad. And our under-20% tips reflected our dissatisfaction. Sorry, Johnny, we won't be sitting upstairs at this restaurant in the future.
