It’s generally quick and easy but why is the caramel macchiato machine always broken? It’s been months. Which leads to speculation about whether it’s actually broken or not.

If i could give this place a 1 star, i would. The kids that work the night shift, like today, are disrespectful and love to argue back and forth about food quality issues that should not be an issue to fix . McDonald's should know better than to have children with mental issues run the restaurant.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my life ! The management unprofessional.I paid with a hundred dollar bill and was shorted $50 .When asked the manager to review camera all she could say is the camera is not pointed on the money drawer !?! I have called customer service line for over 2 months to get my change that’s owed to me and I’m still waiting for a follow up call ? WOW

The service is super bad and not professional. They advertise that they have shakes and then say they don't when you order. I wanted for over 20 mins in the hot sun with my kids and was told they don't have shakes no sign was posted and they were short and rude! Do not go to this location they are liars.

For a McDonald's the ambiance is quite nice inside. The service and food is consistently good but I would not suggest getting a milkshake from here. If the machine is working the milkshake is unacceptable. I am a Door Dasher so I come here often.
