For all the American classic cookies, I only love "White Chocolate Macadamia Nuts cookies." Lived in mid-west 16 years ago, went to Mrs Field's Cookies shop at mall was my special treat after walking all day for Christmas shopping. So I was pretty pleased to find the chain store in Santa Rosa Mall. And the White Chocolate Macadamia Nuts tased the same as delicious as how I remember it! The lady serving behind all the yummy cookies was always sweet and kind. Every time shopping in Santa Rosa Mall and visit the Mrs Field's Cookies shop has become our family tradition. I hope my children will always remember this sweet treat with mom when they all grow up.

Not bad cookies. They're just cookies after all. I've had bad cookies and I've had great cookies. These are somewhere in the middle. Not bad a price. They were kind of warm and way to soft for me.

Just went here two minutes ago. The mall is dead, with literally 11 people in the entire food court. I haven't had a cookie in a while and always liked Mrs Field's when I used to shop at the mall more often. I asked for one cookie. I didn't have any cash, so I handed her a card. She told me I needed to spend more to use a card. The cookie is $1.99 already. I took my card back and walked away. Yet another reason not to come to a mall that charges you to park.

I was in the food court walked by and never had mrs.fields cookies I bought a peanut butter sugar cookie and a milk chocolate cookie I paid for the cookies and the lady placed the cookies upside down so as I grabbed them they hit the floor she saw it and said you can buy more I wasn't to happy and walked away I really wanted the cookies

They offer premium fresh baked cookies. Fresh baked cookies are best when consumed the same day. They are especially good when warm (or warmed up 10 sec in a microwave oven at home). My other favorite is their double fudge brownie... aah...with a cup of strong espresso coffee. :)

Excellent cookies, but I think they have shrunken over time!! Less cookie for your money? WARNING: Don't even try their "mocha"--It's by far the worst version of a mocha I've ever had in my life! and...they charged the same price as Startbucks! It's seriously horrible. Just had to let everyone know, cause I felt like I wasted a whole $5, when I could have just bought 3 more cookies instead!!
I stopped here today while I was at the mall. I needed a gift for a friend and chocolate chip cookies are always a good choice. I got the nibblers size because they looked pretty much single-bite to me and for someone who might not want more than that in one serving, the regular ones seemed too big. The gift was a hit, the gift tin they had available was very attractive, and the price was okay. I never used to come to Ms Field's Cookies because they were too expensive, but then I tried some (a gift to me) and immediately understood why people still go there. They have very delicious products if you're okay spending a bit more. The woman working today was polite and friendly. Overall, it was a good visit and I would be happy to return!
