When the other vendors and day-of coordinator from Milestone found out we booked with Pacific Connections, they were thrilled. We quickly understood why. Rob provided invaluable insight into planning our wedding and knew the venue incredibly well (he even attended our walkthrough to help us think through the final layout). On the day of the event, Rob and his team worked with us to make sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The servers were extremely professional and everything went perfectly. Their food is excellent and a far better value than other caterers we considered in the area. In short, our wedding was perfect and it would not have been the same without the Pacific Connections team. We highly recommend them!

Rob and his team were amazing. They executed our daughter's 175 person wedding at a private venue perfectly. We literally had multiple guests come up to us and say it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff was professional and courteous, and the food was outstanding. They were involved in the set up and take down. The next day, you wouldn't have known there were 175 people on site. I highly recommend Pacific Connection! We will definitely use them again if an occasion arises.

We had a dream wedding because of Pacific Connections!! First of all, Rob and his wife Chef Donna are such good people, we hit it off from our first meeting. They are incredibly professional and their food is amazing. We definitely felt that we were in good hands. All of our guests raved about our food both during and after our event. Rob also gave us lots of insights that contributed to our timeline and reduced my stress levels greatly. On the day, their team and their service skills went above and beyond, even fluffed my dress while I was waiting to make my entrance and kept me company so I wouldnt be so nervous. We couldnt have picked a better caterer for our wedding! Highly recommended!!!

Our vision for our wedding probably changed a few times (thanks COVID) and every time I reached out to Rob he was so patient and would answer my massive list of questions that I had. Chicken and waffles for an appetizer was a clear winner - you will not regret it.Throughout the night the staff was friendly, and so sweet. They made sure we had our own appetizers and drinks during pictures and during dinner made sure we were never without food or drinks. From what I saw and heard, there was no shortage of food and everyone was extremely full and satisfied.5 stars all around for food, quality, service, deliciousness! We just got married this past weekend and cannot stop thinking about how one of the best choices we made for our wedding was working with Rob and his team! From beginning to end Rob was amazing! He not only catered our wedding, he went above and beyond to coordinate with myself and my family to help us host our wedding on my family's property. Their experience in the industry shined through at every step of the process and it was especially beneficial for us that they came as a preferred vendor for our venue, Trentadue Winery. Rob always made himself available for the flurry of questions that we sent his way and made many useful recommendations along the way for things that we wouldn't have considered in the midst of planning chaos. We also really appreciated that Rob and Donna were so open to us customizing our menu as we wanted to go with half Korean and half "wine country" California/American food. They did a great job with the recipes that we provided and we got many sparkling reviews from guests at the wedding for both the taste/quality of the food and service. Likewise with the food, we also customized our bar menu to fit our mostly Korean guest list and the bar staff did a great job with our signature cocktails. We would highly recommend Pacific Connections for anyone looking for a caterer in wine country!

Even if he is waiting for information to get you an answer, he will reply letting you know he got your email and will get back to you. We had an email chain of well over 100 emails and he was so thorough and helpful. I had to push my wedding out a year due to covid and he was super understanding and changed the date with no issues. I asked him so many questions about etiquette, counts for drinks, the floor plan, rentals and more. He always answered very clearly and thoroughly. He was very patient and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was definitely the most organized out of all of my vendors. He even helped me with the timeline and gave great guidance. Rob also met me on-site for my first venue walk through and was great at giving suggestions for the floor plan. I love that he didn't try to upsell me a bunch of stuff. He even ordered all of our rentals through the rental company and didn't upcharge us at all. He said he just wants to make sure everything is correct and perfect so he doesn't mind taking care of the rentals.The food at the tasting and reception was out of this world good. They have an extensive menu and it was so hard to choose just a few options. We ended up doing a family style menu so my guests got to taste everything. All night guests kept coming up to me and telling me how good the food was. Some of the items they raved about were the tri tip Asado, mashed potatoes, chicken and waffles, ahi tuna cone, and the salad with the pickled onions. The staff were super professional and friendly too. Hire Rob and his team. You will not regret it!
