My soup was far from hot and since it was built as French onion soup... You would expect it to have bread and cheese on top... mine had some very small pieces of bread scattered in it and maybe a half a handful of unmelted cheese scattered on top. my sandwich had one piece of chicken on it and very little else! the bread was good but other than that my lunch was very disappointing

I have never been to this particular Panera before, and didn't even know it was here. It's literally right off the freeway! Lol funny enough there's two other coffee shops in this plaza as well! Lol I was really happy to see my favorite pre-pandemic pastry, the cherry and cheese danish, so I had to buy one of those!! It was over four dollars!! Crazy but at least I have my coffee subscription so at least I got a free iced coffee well, granted I pay for a monthly subscription. Lol whatever! The pastry was delicious and reminded me of the pre-pandemic days. Lol. Inside the seating/lobby area of the café. It was really nice and open! I could totally see myself doing homework or work here if I needed to they were really nice comfortable booths and people were sitting eating their lunch. Will definitely come back.

Panera is always a great pick for a quick & tasty lunch! I love ordering ahead using their app, very easy to order & makes for quick lunch pick ups. The restaurant is clean & service has always been friendly!

Really bad experience and won't be coming back, even though the food was mostly good. The cashier kept asking over and over to clarify what we wanted, and she still charged us wrong. (Also, no prices on the receipt?) We asked for the You Pick 2, Mac and Cheese and Tomato Soup. She charged them separately with a baguette on both. It was very odd and very expensive. The portions were incredibly small on the soup and Mac and cheese. My boyfriend got the fuji apple salad and the teriyaki broccoli bowl as a You Pick 2, both very large portions. Every table was dirty. There were dishes piled up at the trash cans. The floor was covered in crumbs. There had to be 7 employees there at least, all standing around in the kitchen and not working on the front that really needed attention. Very disappointed.

This location on Hopper Ave in Santa Rosa has great food, friendly staff and is always clean. Service is quick and precise. For breakfast I usually get the sausage, egg and cheese on Asiago bagel. For a treat, I get the chocolate croissant. You must ask them to heat it up. It's so good! The soufflés are another of my favorites. The Napa almond chicken salad sandwich with broccoli cheese soup is my go to lunch. You really can't go wrong.

To be honest I cant review the food, I have never been able to order any. Today was my third and final attempt, I am not going back. Okay, new world and all that , you need to place your order on a kiosk when you enter the restaurant. Fine did all of that, that order was rejected (sold out) tried something different, same problem. At that point I am more than annoyed and just leave. BOY would I have loved to comment, but no living bodies (employees) in sight. There were people eating so somehow orders were taken and delivered. Just not for me. This is the same situation that occurred the last 2 times I came to this location. Just bad business, if it's sold out, take it off the menu. At one point I used to eat here often, but in an effort for them to cut cost by hiring fewer people, they lost efficiency and the human touch that possibly may have helped me find something on the menu they could actually deliver. Novel thought. Adios Panera, taking my business where it is appreciated, and my appetite where it can be sated.

Every time I come here, they messed something up on my order. This time I chose to go inside and order so I wouldn’t be surprised on the highway with my order being messed up again the cashier didn’t listen to me properly didn’t put my proper order in when I get my order, it’s not the proper bread for the sandwich. None of the things that needed. They were out of options and never gave me the option to choose which would I would like to get my money back and I was told that I can only get money back for certain things services is horrible Manager never even bothered to come outside and speak to me kept sending back the cashier to me. Really sad cause I love Panera I travel on the road 5 days a week and eat their often only store that has given me problems over and over again…

Service was great but yikes this place is awful. Ordered two grilled cheese (very small) and two small orders of Mac and cheese, again super small serving. My total was over $40.00 without a beverage. The grilled cheese and Mac and cheese were both flavorless and cold even thou I attempted to eat them right away. The grilled cheese I was able to eat only because I was starving but the Mac and cheese was not edible. Definitely save your time and money. I can't see how this place is popular.

Pretty disappointed in this 1/2 sandwich. For apparent reasons. Stick to the soups I guess.

The food was pretty good, but the service was terrible. One cashier struggled for 10 minutes trying to check out one customer. A young staffer finally opened her register; but she needed several reminders of what I ordered, and still got the order wrong. The atmosphere was very unprofessional and childish. I've been to numerous Panera stores and have never seen one managed this poorly.

Ordered a sandwich and Mac&Cheese through delivery service. Got the sandwich, then got a bag full of loose bread loafs and random butter and utensils all mixed together. Hopefully the pic I attached goes through...

Disappointment is the only way to sum up this experience with Panera, I want to say the staff is great they gave great customer service but the price and the quality of what I paid for was the least bit appetizing. I get we are in a high inflation situation and the cost of food, labor and all around operational costs has gone up and as the corporation you have to pass the cost to us the consumers, so let's start with the food. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and visually it looked very unappealing with over microwaved broccoli and the 6 pieces of chicken with a teaspoon of sauce drizzled over the over cooked rice, to be honest lean cuisine microwaved meal had more flavor and looked better than this bowl and not to mention a price tag of 15.00, I made the mistake of picking the you pick 2 as my son liked the broccoli cheddar soup so I figured it was the better way to go but when I got to the window my total was 26 dollars and some change, like really?? The very nice girl explained to me that you really don't get a combo with the you pick 2 you pay the same price and agreed that is was a bit misleading and took my soup off the bill and that was very nice of her but again it put your customer service person in an awkward position to defend your overpriced menu items. I probably will never eat at Panera again for the same price I can go to Cattlemen's and enjoy a nice steak.
