Food was served cold, they gave us white steamed rice instead of fried rice.. instead of a side of 2 egg roll we got one. Instead of a cut up pork chop a whole pork chop. No knife was brought to us after asking for one. No one came back to check if we needed anything or if our food was good. It was not busy to say that food couldn't be heated up or us checked on. Not returning for sure. Had to give one star cause my review couldn't be posted. When I approached the cashier I told her about our food and she didn't get a manager or a discount

I've enjoyed this place since 2008. Great food and many happy memories gathering here to share it. Attentive service is always much appreciated and their take-out orders are processed relatively quickly. My personal faves in the food department are the pho as well as the yummy spring rolls. All the food I've eaten here has been wonderful.

Have been here a couple of times and the food has been poor quality, mostly the ingredients but also the cooking. The place does not feel clean. I won't be back.

Four of us met for a late lunch on this very rainy day. A lady who knows her Vietnamese food recommended this place but I remembered she warned us that we should go for the food and not necessarily for the service so we were prepared. As we entered we were surprised to see the restaurant was hopping and the place is quite large. Almost all the tables were taken at 2:00. The server let us pick our own table out of three that were available, which I appreciated. We were given menus and our drink orders were taken immediately. Within minutes our server was back to take our order but the menu is huge so we needed time to read through all the pages. They have appetizers, pho noodles, chicken noodle soups, seafood noodle soups, vermicelli bowls, rice plates, stir fry meals and a vegetarian page. Lots to choose from! You can order small, large or extra large soup noodles. We finally decided on a spring roll appetizer with shrimp, pork and mint leaves. They do offer a large assortment of spring rolls from vegetarian, BBQ pork, chicken and shredded pork. I noticed many of these spring rolls being served throughout the restaurant so definitely a popular starter. Our spring rolls arrived within minutes (seconds is probably more accurate). It came with a peanut sauce that was not to my liking. It was a little runny and not very flavorful but the spring rolls were pretty decent. For our entrees we ordered two pho noodles, one with steak and the other with steak and brisket. We also ordered a vermicelli bowl with egg roll and BBQ pork and a rice plate with BBQ shrimp, pork and pan-fried egg. Our meals were very good, the food came quickly even though the restaurant was full and service was efficient. I appreciated that they noticed one of our ice waters needed refilling and the server brought an extra water to our table without us asking. We had a nice relaxing lunch. We waited awhile for our check but they don't bring it to the table. You have to go up to the counter with your table number and pay there. Overall, a positive experience and we look forward to trying other items on their menu. There is a large parking lot shared with a grocery store and many other shops.

This place is my go to if I want pho! It's is quick, delicious, and reasonably priced. I am always helped promptly and they ask for clarification if I didn't order quite correctly. It's a little hole in the wall, but those seem to be the best places!

This morning, I was looking forward to starting my day with a warm bowl of pho and decided to visit Pho Vietnam, attracted by their advertised opening time of 10 a.m. Upon my arrival at 10:05 a.m., I was met with a scene that quickly dampened my enthusiasm. Although the door was open, signifying they were ready for business, the welcome I received--or rather, the lack thereof--left much to be desired. As I walked in, I noticed around five employees standing around, with one seated, none of whom seemed to acknowledge my presence. There was no greeting, no nod of recognition, just an air of inconvenience at my arrival. Attempting to bridge the gap, I approached the bar area, hoping for some sign of service, only to be met with continued disregard. The first and only verbal acknowledgment came with a "hola amigo," an assumption about my heritage and language preference that felt misplaced and stereotypical. When I inquired about seating myself, given the absence of guidance or a welcome, I was tersely informed that they were "not ready" yet, leaving me bewildered. How could a restaurant, seemingly open and staffed with six employees, be unprepared for its first customer of the day? Seeking clarity, I asked if it would be better for me to return later, only to be met with silence. As I turned to leave, expressing my disappointment by saying they did not seem to want my business, a younger female employee's sarcastic "You're welcome" was the only farewell I received. This experience was not just about being denied a meal; it was a glaring example of how not to treat customers. Pho Vietnam may claim the title of being the original in Santa Rosa, but this visit showed me that being first does not mean being the best. Other places in the area not only match the quality of the food but surpass Pho Vietnam in the essential ingredient of hospitality. To those looking for a welcoming atmosphere and appreciative service alongside their meal, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Pho Vietnam Restaurant located on stony point road is one of the best in Sonoma county! It is filled with family and friends at all hours of the day. When it comes to their food not only is their signature dish, Pho amazing but I’m very fond of their vermicelli noodles! They cook all their meat very well. They have an entire section dedicated to vegetarians. They also have a kids menu. My guest and I ordered the number 8. Combo noodle Pho and 9 which included eye round steak, brisket, flank tendon, and tripe. We had the large size and it was plenty. They have small, large and extra large and they have good portions. They’re also another Asian restaurant who keeps the sauces, spices, and utensils on the table for the customer to do as they please. The employees are all very nice and courteous. I’ve had a gentleman who I don’t know if he was a server or chef, but my pho was getting cold and I was continuing to eat it so he came out with new hot broth and I was so grateful! That is very thoughtful and observant restaurant service. There is parking since it’s an outlet area near food Maxx, Ross, Dollar Tree. There is handicapped parking as well as wheelchair accessibility. To all my Sonoma county people out there I recommend trying this place! If you already have, keep up the good work. This is great Asian food and service!

Best pho ever been to. Can’t even find a similar taste in other places. Meet are fresh. Come here when living in Santa Rosa. If don’t want to cook, just call them and pick it up. Love it.

This is my favorite pho place but tonight ruined it for me and my girlfriend forever. My gf went to the bathroom and used the men's single person bathroom because the women's was locked, within 2 minutes there was banging on the door and when she opened the door there was a large man and he yelled in her face "This is the men's bathroom what the fuck are you doing" while three female employees stood by and laughed. She was visibly shook and we left immediately. Disgusting excuse for a man.

Service is bad in a good way. I’d be concerned if employees were making me feel welcomed. Get in, get served some of the best pho in the country, and get the hell out. If you’re not ready whenever they show up to take your order, good luck and I hope you have memorable faces. Every single dish is packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned, so it’s well worth it.
