I called and ordered 2 Hawaiian burgers with NO CHEESE 2 orders of onion rings and a milkshake. I went to pick it up the total was like 53.00. By the time I got home I realized there was cheese all over both burgers. I would expect this from McDonald's or Carl's Jr. but when ur paying 53.00 for 2 burgers this is bullishit. I brought them both by back and the girl working was cool about it she remade 2 Hawaiian burgers for me by and I went back home. I don't know about u but when I think Hawaiian anything whether it's pizza or burgers whatever I'm thinking pineapple and teriyaki. When I got home the second time granted there was no cheese but there wasn't any pineapple no teriyaki no lettuce no tomato. How the hell r u going to market this as a Hawaiian burger? Very disappointed with this establishment they aren't even worthy of one star. False advertising. PINEAPPLE AND TERIYAKI BOTH GO ON A HAWAIIAN BURGER SO PUT IT ON or don't advertise that u have Hawaiian burger on ur menu cuz this isn't a Hawaiian burger in fact it's one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I will NOT BE BACK. Sincerely, One very upset costumer

Good stuff for a local burger joint. The fries were a little undersalted (easily fixed) and the onion rings were cut a little thick for my taste (strictly personal) but in general the frying was perfect. The burger was solid if amazing. Service was very friendly if a little slow. We were there between meals and they seemed a little understaffed, I'd be curious to see how the kitchen holds up during rushes.

We're from Eureka, first time eating at a Phyllis. Great customer service, clean, friendly and the food was awesome. Will definitely be back!!

I came in I have some health conditions. They let me use their restroom before ordering. But more importantly somehow almost magically they had the exact items I needed to feel much better. I am eating the sweet potato fries side salad Yerba mate and large bottled water. It was the perfect choice. Thank you

Worst Experience! Will not be returning. After ordering two bacon cheeseburgers, One medium rare, and one medium, and receiving a VEGGIE burger instead. The young lady who took the order refused to remake the burger unless we paid for it again; insisting that we specifically asked for a veggie burger and that is their policy. Two issues here: First, people who eat bacon cheese burgers do not eat Veggie burgers. Lol There's no way in hell I would intentionally, or even accidentally order anything vegetarian. Not part of my vernacular. Secondly, if I "had" why would I ask for medium and medium rare. To the business owners. Your policy and rude cashier is costing you money. As a retail manger I know the cost of losing repeat customers. Today you lost one. You simply could have listened to your customer, took the loss at cost, to make one burger, and retained a customer that has been frequenting your business for years. Instead your ridiculous cashier insisted she was right. Good luck staying in business. No other establishments treat customers this way and people like myself will simply go elsewhere. If I could rate you a zero I would.

Good milkshakes, burgers just ok. Very high priced for what you get.

Having a strong burger craving, we went to Phyllis' Giant Burgers on Piner Road last night for dinner. Something felt different from the moment we walked in: friendly staff, immaculate environment and great service. Our burgers were cooked to order, delicious and generous. Our waitperson told us that a family, including two cooks have bought the place and want to improve it. So far, so great. Check out the new improved Phyllis' Burgers!

Stopped in for a quick burger after a ball game. Really cute place - burgers were delicious and the sweet potato fries were cooked - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We live in the Bay Area and will return again....

The lady that was taking the orders ringing customers up is rude as hell. I ordered cheeseburgers and asked for it to be really well done and of course it wasn't. This is the first time I've ever went into Phyllis and it will be the last time if you can't handle working in a food establishment, then get out of it there's no reason to be rude to customers. Not only that the food is over price. You can go somewhere else and get more food for the amount that I paid.

Weirdest sauce combo I’ve seen on a burger. The sauce was mustard and Mayo.. ok.. and I asked for medium but was given well done which by other reviews seems to be a common trend. The fries were good. The bun was so big I got more bread than meat. Which brings me to the case that the patty was to small for the bun. I’d expect a burger call giant burger to have big burgers.

The food was very unsatisfying. They had off brand condiments makes the food taste different. The burger tasted like unseasoned meat not coming back
