Today was my first time trying this place out since my regular place was closed. I only got boba drinks and flan. I ordered 2 , one drink was supposed to come with cream but they forgot it.. I asked for extra boba and definitely got extra thank you (: the strawberry drink was good, the peach one tasted like soap/lotion. The staff was super friendly, but I did felt rushed to order I needed time to look at the menu since it was my first time. I also got the flan and it was fantastic! However it’s really expensive for such a tiny piece I wouldn’t get it again just because it’s too expensive but definitely delicious.

Boba is great here, the menu is diverse, the adjoining restaurant is also delicious! The only thing is that the place is busy because the secret is out, they good. So, sometimes you have to wait a bit for your order. My advice, order ahead!

As a first time customer, I FELT SO WELCOMED!! Lea and Mia were a huge helping as I was indecisive and blind with the menu! They were patient with me and recommended the taro drink! I loved it! AWESOME SERVICE!

The boba is good and chewy, but the drink is more powdery (less natural). Not sure about the food since I only tried the drinks there. Size and price wise they’re ok.

There yelp says they have Wi-Fi and they don't answer the phone to confirm. Wasted a trip. Most boba spots have Wi-Fi ....

Rating 4 stars instead of 5 simply because their menu board isn't posted up within eye level and is only when you look in the counter top would you be able to check out their full boba offerings. I did appreciate how the staff who helped take my order was patient and allowed for modifications since I've had a bit of a confusion with the menu board. Other than that, I placed an order for a blended taro and mango and had regular boba, grass jelly, and egg pudding as the toppings. Love how it isn't way too sweet. I also ordered their fresh shrimp and pork spring rolls alongside the boba which complemented the taste. Would definitely want to order here again. This place has a small-mid sized uncovered lot and is nearby trader joe's. Another thing that could be improved is their pick-up drive thru. It could be for an order counter as well for customers who would prefer contactless transactions.

The only negative comment about this experience is that Google said it was open before it actually was open. I don't know whose fault or problem that is but I figured I would mention it. We tried going to another bubble place and that was a disaster so we head back around and this was finally open up. It was clean, it smelled nice, customer service was wonderful. Everything was fresh. Everything was hygienic and delicious. This place was excellent. I absolutely recommend it.

Great food and drinks

The food was delicious. At first the Service was bad because they got drink orders but were not brought. They don't check up on one often enough to see if refills are needed. Other than this we enjoy the food and the time spent there.

Tea was good and food was okay.

At Simply Vietnam, I ordered the chicken curry and love the flavors except for the soggy carrots and potatoes. But thankfully they serve the rice noodles, bean sprouts and peanuts and lettuce in a separate container so you can mix some right before eating.

You would think all Sharetea's are run the same, being a franchise, but this one doesn't allow you to adjust you levels if sweetness. We were allowed to adjust the ice to "less ice" but that resulted in NO ice in the milk tea. No wonder they don't allow you to adjust other levels - looks like the staff doesn't know how handle it. We also ordered a five spice chicken sandwich but what we got tasted like a teriyaki sandwich. Overall, inconsistent quality in food. In terms of Covid safety measures, they were very good. None of this QR code menu nonsense- they had laminated menus that they wiped down after every customer. There was social distancing between tables, stickers in line to help enforce it, and free hand sanitizer. Nice, clean facility.
