I don't know what's wrong, I again today went for veggie sandwich with the soup meal, I specifically ask for no carrot and the guy took the order punch it right but who so ever make the sandwich did it wrong! I asked for jalapeños which they charged me but nothing is in sandwich. Soup was cold not even lukewarm. I am not gonna come back to thi sourdough again and I am not reviewing for any in return, just to let management know what is happening. Thank you

I have been to several different sourdough. this is by far the worst one. Their people are rude. I went by there to order some food and there was nobody in line and I was trying to figure out what I wanted and the lady was rushing me. After I ordered my food she was being so nasty I decided to just get my money back and go to the sushi place across the street.

Didnt really have anywhere to sit- though perhaps we came right before closing time. My SIL, brother and I came here to get sammich before we headed to a bar to celebrate what would have been our dad's birthday (he passed away a few month's before). Great food with quality ingredients and excellent customer service.

This place sucks! Their employees are clueless when it comes to Customer Service. I just finished shopping and was on my way to Jersey Mike's, I saw this place (Sourdough and Co) and thought I would and try them out and give them a try instead. I entered the store around 6:30 PM. As I was ordering I could hear them messing with the chairs behind me in the dining room and didn't think much of it. After I had paid, I turned around and saw all the chairs had now been put away while I was ordering. I asked the them if the dining room was now closed. She told me yes that it closes a half an hour but before the store closes and that my food would have to be to go. I told her she should've said something about closing the dining room when I was ordering. She then told me it was my fault because I didn't read some sign that she said was on the door. I was pretty pissed off. So I asked for my money back and thanked her for wasting my ##%$ time. The girl asked for me to dig back in my pocket and pull out the exact change that I had put away in my pocket already. I told her just to give me my money back. She refused and wouldn't, demanding that I dig through my pockets and pull out the exact change she had given me. After digging through my pockets to get her exact change from the $30 I had paid with, she insulted me calling me a crusty old man. What a bunch of crap. Of course, I returned with a few insults myself. I tried to patronize this business and they give me a bunch of grief. This place sucks, don't go there, they don't deserve my business or anyone else's. They don't understand Customer Service. They shouldn't put the chairs away behind my back or at least let me still eat there (there were still has plenty of time to do so (I would've been long gone before they closed). If they had to close the dining room, they could've just simply told me that when I ordered, most places would've have. There was plenty of time before they closed 12 allowed me to eat in the dining room. Also, I believe the change issues was due that they already reconciled their cash drawer a half an hour before closing, which is not my problem. They should've just apologized and giving me my money back. In contrast, I then went to the place I originally had planned on going (Jersey Mike's) What a difference. No wonder they had so many customers when I ordered in contrast whereas I was the only person at Sourdough $ Co. No wonder I was the only customer there. Screw off sourdough & co.

The staff at Sourdough & Co Santa Rosa is always polite and helpful in person and on the phone. I order pick up for meetings and the food is always ready when I arrive, and I never get complaints from the meeting attendees. I also really like their bread.

This place is amazing. One of, if not my favorite, sandwich shops in Sonoma County. The food has always been delicious and the people that work here are always so friendly and nice!! I always get their caprese sandwich, which is a delicious vegetarian option. They also have great soups and i opt for their mac and cheese very often. Also, small detail, but they have a surprisingly good selection of sodas. Pibb Xtra even! So good ugh. Anyway, I wanted to leave this review because they deserve a way higher star rating for what they currently have. The manager on staff is always really nice and professional, and the sandwiches always turn out great. Not sure why it's so low! I've been going to this Santa Rosa location for years now and there has not been one bad experience here. Thanks Sourdough and Co! Yall the realestVegetarian options: It's a sandwich shop so there are tons of customization options for what you can get in terms of veggie goodness. Highly recommend the caprese!!Kid-friendliness: Always see lots of kiddos with their families getting sandwiches, chips and cookies. Definitely a good lunch option for kids!
