They've definitely did a beautiful upgrade to Starbucks on Hopper the employees are awesome and have awesome people skills ? ? I'd definitely recommend Starbucks as place that makes you feel at home ? ?

They wouldn't put a cheese danish on the order for the person in front of me even though I was already making an order and said they could just charge it to my order and give it to them. I get that they can't "give away" products, but I got other things on my own order, what am I gonna do, coordinate a two car theft of a cheese Danish? How much of a liability is one cheese Danish anyway? It's not like I'm going to drive off without paying over what, two dollars? "Company policy", how about human decency?Other than that it's a highly average Starbucks. Usually gets busy around right before 9:00 am and right after 5:00 pm. No reason not to go here but like, the drive-through worker is doing too much.
Morning / mid day crew typically stay on top of their orders in the drive thru. Lately I've noticed how they'll give you one of your items, take payment, and proceed to give you the rest of your order. Overall, every location should consider taking payment before handing customers their drinks/food/merch through the window. I've had confusion about what I've actually ordered and what they give me before saying goodbye to me, resulting in not receiving all the items I've ordered or they misunderstood I was waiting for the rest of my order. It's an observation I've made that can potentially create more issues for the supplier and consumers.
