I love coming here because it’s near my work and they always get my order correct every single time. Most of the time I mobile order my drink just to avoid the line but sometimes on my lunch breaks I’ll walk over and order a drink. That’s when I don’t mind waiting 5 minutes. One of my favorite drinks is an ice chai latte with peppermint. I will always come back to this one for sure. Plus the staff there are super nice and Melissa the manager shops at my store so that’s pretty cool.

This Starbucks is honestly terrible, they always seem to get my milk preference incorrect. I'm lactose intolerant so it would be nice if they made my order with what I ask. It's even worse when there was absolutely nothing written on my cup so they clearly lack competence and customer service

I don't know if it's a specific guy working there or what, but somehow any time I attempt to get a drink that's even slightly different from a listed order I end up with some kind of messed-up atrocity. Like if I say I want a "vanilla cold brew with mocha" I end up with a half-warm drink full of mocha coffee and no foam whatsoever.When I get a normal, listed drink it's usually fine (although I've also gotten no foam even then) but somehow they consistently mess up my order any time I attempt to get something even slightly different.

The barista who helped me was very professional and whipped up a sublime Arnold Palmer with black tea just how I like, other than that it's Starbucks. enough said, right?
If you get a coffee, or a latte, or mocha or anything that has foam, you will lose 3-4 inches of actual product. This is the third time this is happened to me. I have made a decision that I will no longer get any foam because this seems to be a reoccurrence. Both these cups are the same size when I poured into the other cup you can see the difference

So I get coffee here everyone I body my sister, 4 days a month. When I’m here, the service is amazing, they are quick and the coffee tastes great. But for the last few times I noticed my VENTI isn’t a venti at all and it’s been so light! When they add whip cream, they don’t add it to the top and when it melts down it’s really almost half a cup! Who needs that much whip?!?! After the last 8-10 times I decided to take a picture of right when I first get it and after whip melted.Needless to say, I will not be getting whip again and will definitely be checking the coffee level then!

As a previous partner for Starbucks. I have to say this store has the rudest customer service/ harassment, that I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks store. Super disgusting and disrespectful. I can’t believe they would allow shift leaders and barista to behave this way while representing a company based off of great coffee and community. If they were on my staff I would fire them.

It's a standard Starbucks. People there will say Starbucks doesn't have decaf to avoid making it. If you order it, I recommend going into the store so you can watch them making your coffee with decaf grounds.
