When I got to the register the barista was busy cleaning, so I gave her the courtesy of not hovering over her and letting her finish. Then after receiving my order she told me that they "are not a warning up store, see!? No oven back here", in a very rude,condescending tone after I politely asked for her to warm up my food. I've never had a bad experience with a worker at any Starbucks until today. Really ruined my mood.

325pm on a Saturday afternoon. YIKES ! THE AWFUL 70's soul music mixed with Gutteral awful RAP MUSIC is waaaay too loud here. Mostly middle-aged Adults present - and they don't like it either. Loud here before last time I visited ! Go elsewhere for soothingly quiet coffeehouse atmosphere. Thank you.

James was amazing! I had an issue with merchandise and he was very helpful. I don't love the parking here but the staff and service have always been wonderful. For such a small space there is still plenty of seats inside and out.
The Barista Jarrod was extremely rude to me and my wife. He made our drinks poorly and then refused to let a nice woman use the restroom while having a feminine issue that required the bathroom. He then gave us dirty looks and a poor attitude after we gave her the bathroom code. He then made a snide.

I wasn't going to yelp this location until we actually gave this place a second chance. The drive-thru was it to the street so we decided to take our chances and ventured inside. Oh boy, was that ever a mistake. I was one of two customers inside the building. I walked right up to the counter and ordered two drinks right away, that is when the visit turned for the worse. I waited as 9 cars worth of drinks rolled through the driveway. I waited as the staff talked about their evenings and other people. I waited as they chatted it up with a customer who walked in 10 minutes after I did. The last straw? Two weeks later we go back to this Starbucks and use the drive thru. Guess who is working the window? It was the "customer" who came in 10 minutes after I did and got his drink before mine was even started. POOR customer service!

Excellent service here. The manager and her Co worker are so nice. They always treat me and my two little ones so nice. Less busy than other locations. Not too long of a wait most of the time..

Usually don't like going to Starbucks because it's always busy and I prefer keeping my money local but was in Safeway for stamps and needed something to warm up. Had a bit of difficulty choosing something warm that didn't have coffee, ended up ordering a venti chai. Girl at the register was patient and helpful with her suggestions, she suggested I try the chilled chai when the weather gets nicer and even made me a sample! Tables and counters are very clean and somehow I always get a table. Their mug and coffee displays are enticing and I was very tempted to get one just because. If I ever am in Safeway and in need of Starbucks, will definitely come back to this one.
