I just spent $7 on coffee to be told that the restrooms are "closed" for maintenance. That's NEVER happened to me at a Starbucks. They told me I could use the public restroom!? So much for being a loyal paying customer.

This is one DIRTY STARBUCKS! garbage and leaves on the floor, no tables without coffee or food on it. Hardly any customers in this establishment. Someone should be cleaning instead of leaning. Pictures do not show how dirty it really is, zooming in shows garbage but doesn't show all the coffee rings everywhere.

The nicest staff. Very friendly team of professionals that welcome everyone downtown to a strong cup of caffeine. Wonderful window view for the perfect people watching. Santa Rosa Treasure for children drinking smoothies.

Starbucks at the santa Rosa plaza. Went in for an Americano and a warmed banana bread on my break came back up and did not realize that my banana bread was ice cold. When I was down there, waiting to order the Battista was talking to a another employee cursing and talking about another person very unpleasant. I go down there to take a break and get a drink not to be infected in a negative way my conversation that customers should not be allowed to hear.

I had a meeting there. The store was clean and service was good. a classic starbucks but after looking around i felt something missing. It is time for Starbucks to redesign the stores and make them 21st century friendly. through a contest and ask the new generation to help you design the future starbucks the way they like to see it. using led light and sometimes a touch of light effects can make a big difference for a change. Go there!

This is one of the very few Starbucks that I like going to. There is this lady named Alejandra and she is always greeting people with a smile as they come in and always helping other employees when they are struggling. Although the wait time is longer, I appreciate the staff and I hope that this lady becomes manager, if she isn't already.
